H.E. the standing Governor, Francis Ominde who is the Choir Patron of Kenya- Israel Church of East Africa today attended the Christmas Choir competitions for the church at it's headquarters at Ebwiranyi in Emabungo ward, Luanda Sub-County. He was received by the head of the church in East Africa, Arch Bishop Ezekiel Ondeko.
