CRDS is state of the art trace gases measuring equipment that forms part of quick and real time GHGs measurements. Notably, this is the first Model of its kind in Eastern Africa. The faculty, through the department of LARMAT, has acquired this equipment courtesy of the collaborative work with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), led by Dr. Oscar Koech who serves as the Project Scientific Consultant for Regional Project (RAF 5090).
