b. The ward admin officials shall be employed by Party Leader, or volunteers,or elected at the County Delegates
Convention of the Solar Motion party. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES OF THE WARD EXECUTIVE COUNCIL (WEC).
a. The WEC shall have the responsibility over Ward issues raised at Ward, village, Sub location and Location levels, and report to the Solar Constituency Executive
Council.
b. The Chairperson of a Ward may invite one or more of the Opinion Leaders to attend a Ward Council meeting if it is in the best interest of
the Party. Such invited leaders shall have the right to speak give views and recommendations.
112. FUNCTIONS OF WARD EXECUTIVE COUNCIL (WEC).
a. To review /or formulate policies of the Party for approval by the National Executive Council.
b. To prepare and implement strategic development plan of the Wards in partnership with the local communities.
c. To establish specialized Councils or other advisory bodies as are Necessary to
carry out aims of the Party.
d. To run the Ward affairs and make recommendations on how to improve welfare of the Ward.
e. To initiate all such activities as might further the aims of The Party.
f. The Ward Executive Council shall be convened by a notice from the Ward.
Secretary and shall meet at least once every twelve (12) Months.
