Kenya Wildlife Service was honoured to emerge among the top exhibitors at the Mount Kenya ASK Show โ Nanyuki, receiving multiple awards in recognition of excellence in conservation, tourism, sustainability, and community engagement.
The awards were presented by the Principal Secretary, State Department for Livestock Development, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development, Mr. Jonathan Mueke, and received on behalf of KWS by the Senior Assistant Director, Mountain Conservation Area, Mr. Joseph Sarara, accompanied by the Assistant Director, Laikipia Station, Mr. Wellington Gathungu; the Senior Warden, Laikipia Station, Mr. Polycarp Okuku; Madam Esther Njeri, Warden Animal Orphanage and Education; the Marketing Department; and the Laikipia Station staff.
