na resolved to seek for self initiatives, investments and participate in community development through various organizations. She has also worked for institute of Education in Democrazy (IED) as a Project Coordinator. Selina has also worked tirelessly as a constituency volonteer for United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Selina also worked for EU as a supervisor on election Monitoring Committee matters, she has proven experiences on development oriented projects that leads to community development. Selina has also worked to the capacity of a Deputy returning officer on Electoral commission of Kenya in Emgwen, Kajiado South and several other constituencies on the same capacity as well as a registration officer in nandi South for Several years. Selina has initiated several Community Based Organizations and over 1000 self Help Groups in the larger Nandi south, among them are CBO's, NGO's and Companies, to mention a few; Established a Compulsion Health, Food nutrition and Technology center that enabled women in food processing techniques, create awareness on HIV and AIDS pandemic and patients. Selina has been able to also serve as A Chair lady for Maendeleo ya Wanawake-Nandi south, Nandi East and Tindiret districts
