I am deeply encouraged by the great work taking place at Maili Saba Camp through the hospitality training program in collaboration with Ugima Foundation. I was privileged to attend the graduation ceremony and witness our young people proudly complete their training, equipped with practical skills that will open doors to employment and self-reliance.

‎To our youth, this is a clear reminder that skills matter. I urge you to embrace such opportunities, remain disciplined, and use the knowledge gained to transform your lives and uplift our community. Your future is bright when you choose to invest in yourself.

‎I sincerely appreciate Ugima Foundation for their commitment to empowering our young people through hands-on training. Your support is creating real impact and restoring hope to many families. As leaders, we will continue to support partnerships that empower youth and build a skilled, productive generation for our ward.

‎Together, we are shaping a better future.

‎Elderly people are a great blessing to our society.
‎Today, I had the privilege of holding a kamukunji meeting with elderly men from Kwa Amos as they enjoyed their draft game. We engaged in a meaningful discussion and reflected on the milestones we have achieved together under my leadership.

‎I was humbled by their wisdom, guidance, and encouragement. They reaffirmed their commitment to continue supporting our shared vision as we work together to take Kabatini Ward to greater heights.

‎As we celebrate Jamhuri Day, I extend warm greetings to all the wonderful people of Kabatini Ward. Today, we reflect not only on our nation’s journey to freedom but also on the individuals who have shaped our community through hard work and dedication.

‎This morning, we also pause to honor the life of a great farmer and a pillar of Kabatini, the late Mr. Koigi, who will be laid to rest today. Mr. Koigi was more than a successful farmer he was a mentor, an employer, and an inspiration to many young men and women who worked in his farms. His commitment to excellence in agribusiness uplifted countless families and strengthened our local economy. His legacy will continue to live in the seeds of hard work and resilience he planted in our community.

‎As we commemorate Jamhuri Day, may we carry forward the spirit of unity, patriotism, and service to others values that both our nation’s founders and Mr. Koigi embodied so well.

‎May the Almighty grant his family comfort and peace during this difficult time.

‎Happy Jamhuri Day to all.
‎God bless Kabatini Ward, and God bless Kenya.

Today, we successfully issued bursary forms across the four sub locations (wendo, Thayu, Kabatini and Mwaki Mugi sub locations) to the deserving in our Ward, marking yet another milestone in our commitment to supporting education.

‎The overwhelming turnout is a testament to the value our community places on education. We are proud to stand with our students, ensuring that no one is left behind due to financial constraints.

‎I also took the opportunity to briefly share progress on the various development projects we have implemented under the Leadership of Governor Susan Kihika

‎Todays exercise wouldn't have been possible without the dedication of our team, Ward Administrator, Assistant Chiefs, Bursary committee, and the unwavering support of the community.
