Cylep Africa. A Social Enterprise fostering Social Economic Development. The organization supports young people through empowerment in training, support and followup.

Centre for youth Linkages and empowerment programmes (CYLEP) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) registered in Kenya through the Non Governmental Coordination Board under the Ministry of Devolution and Planning. The organization addresses two thematic areas: Poverty Alleviation and mitigation of drug and substance abuse among the youth. CYLEP promotes and advances young people's capabilities

by provision of facilities that uplift their status quo. Formed in 2013, CYLEP aims to work by setting up empowerment projects for the youth. The initiative reaches out to young people aged 18-34 years. The organization has set up projects in six counties reaching out directly to over 12,000 young people.
