Joy,Anger,Sadness,Fear,Surprise,Contempt and Disgust.

We are mostly made of unpleasant emotions,and since emotions are part of us,we've got to embrace them! Wether we like it or not,for us to fully accept "all of us/our life package".By embrancing them,I mean fully acknowledging them by feeling and expressing them,whenever we come across them in our daily lives,and not trying to supress them.For when we supress them,we lie to ourselves,they will still be there,haunting us, demanding us to express them.
Supressing them=making us even more miserable,trying to get rid of them by involving ourselves in unhealthy, damaging behaviours.
For example,you are angry/sad with someone,instead of facing that person and discussing what pi**es you off,so as to understand...come into agreement..with each other,you just choose to walk away.Meanwhile,that unexpressed anger keeps stiring within you,to the point that you even burst out quarreling with others out of nowhere,destroying your relationships.
We've got to FEEL them Emotions,ACCEPT them,DEAL with them! Always remember,we all have these emotions,so its OK having them.What's not OK is ignoring them.
EXPRESS and don't SUPRESS!
So,next time someone expresses his/her anger to you,out of nowhere...with no reason...please bare with them, they might be Victims of Supressed Emotions.
