I am deeply saddened by the passing of Mzee Abdullahi Mohamud Haji, who passed away this evening in Nairobi.

May Allah (SWT) forgive his shortcomings, shower him with His infinite mercy, expand and illuminate his grave, and grant him the highest ranks of Jannatul Firdaus.

I extend my heartfelt condolences to the entire Hajji family, relatives, friends, and all those who knew and loved him. May Allah grant the family sabr, strength, and comfort during this difficult time.

May Allah have mercy on his soul and grant him eternal peace. Aamiin.

Supporting orphans is a noble act of charity that reflects our faith, compassion and shared responsibility to give hope and dignity to children in need.

Participated in a fundraiser for the Markaz Maryama Binti Imran Orphanage Centre in Garissa County and the Tajul Ulum Islamic Centre.

Took the opportunity to reaffirm our region’s support for H.E Dr William Ruto Tutam movement and the re-election agenda.

Deeply saddened by the passing of Prof. Bashir Jama Adan, a pioneering soil scientist whose work with the World Agroforestry Centre, AGRA, and the Islamic Development Bank transformed livelihoods for smallholder and pastoralist communities across Africa.

I extend heartfelt condolences to his family, Governor Nadhif Jama and colleagues.

Marriage in Islam is a noble covenant built on faith, love, compassion, and mutual responsibility, a foundation for strong families and cohesive communities.

This afternoon, I joined family of former Mayor of Garissa, Amb. Siyad Osman Beret and friends in witnessing the blessed Nikkah of Rahel Fareed Shariff and Salma Siyad Osman Beret, a beautiful occasion held in Nairobi.

May Allah (S.W.T.) bless their union, grant them a life filled with peace, understanding, and prosperity, and unite both families in lasting goodness and harmony.

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of Allah’s will that we announce the passing of my beloved sister, Ebla Dubat Fidhow.

Her departure is a great loss to our family and all who knew her. We pray that Allah forgives her, have mercy upon her, and grant her Jannatul Firdaus.
