Estate Agents Registration Board Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB) is the regulatory body for estate agency practice in Kenya.

Estate Agents Registration Board​ (EARB) is an agency of the government of Kenya that is responsible for regulating Estate Agency practice in Kenya. it derives its mandate from Estate Agents Act, 1984 Cap 533 which was operationalized in 1987 which dictates that only EARB registered and licensed Estate Agents with a current Practicing Annual Certificate can conduct Estate Agency.

The Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB) extends its sincere appreciation to all aspiring estate agents who attended the Pre-Registration Training held on 12th May 2026 at PrideInn Paradise, Shanzu.

The training was graced by EARB Vice-Chairperson Mr. Stephen Omengo, Registrar Ms. Hellen Abuya, and Board Members Mr. Daniel Kamunda, Mr. Cornelius Kimuyu, and Mr. Ayub Naburi, who served as keynote speakers and shared valuable insights on professionalism and the future of the real estate sector.

Representatives from Estate Agents Registration Board , led by the Vice Chairperson, Mr. Stephen Omengo, the Registrar, Ms. Hellen Abuya, Board Member Mr. Joel Kathumbi, and officers from the Secretariat, are participating in the 3rd Annual Revitalisation and Re-energisation of Regulatory Authorities and Agencies Conference taking place from 6th–8th May at South Eastern Kenya University.
The conference is themed: “Consistent Measurement and Evaluation of Real Regulatory Impact on the Ground,” with a focus on assessing the effectiveness and outcomes of regulators in the discharge of their mandates.
EARB remains committed to the Government’s agenda of enhancing visibility, accountability, and tangible impact in service delivery to the public through effective and responsive regulation
