A Successful EARB CEOs & Directors Breakfast Estate Agents Registration Board (EARB) successfully hosted the CEOs & Directors Breakfast Meeting on 18 September 2026 under the theme “Future Outlook of the Real Estate Sector in Kenya: Innovation, Sustainability & Growth.”

We sincerely appreciate all participants, speakers and stakeholders for their valuable contributions to the success of the meeting. Special appreciation to Co-operative Bank of Kenya, our Gold Sponsor, for its valued support and partnership.

The meeting also served as the induction ceremony for newly registered estate agents. We congratulate and warmly welcome our new members to the profession.

With over 20 years of experience spanning corporate leadership, finance, investment and private equity real estate, Samuel brings a wealth of industry expertise to the conversation.
He currently serves as Managing Director & CEO of Mi Vida Homes, a leading residential-for-sale development platform, and oversees the wider Garden City mixed-use development. He also sits on the Board of the Kenya Property Developers Association (KPDA), where he chairs the Public Policy and Advocacy Committee, alongside serving on other boards.
