Copying total revenue as total expenditure, down to the last cent, is not a minor oversight. It reflects a reckless handling of the nation’s finances.
This is not bookkeeping. It is a betrayal of public trust.
Public money is not a reserve to be quietly moved, repurposed, or misrepresented without the knowledge of the people.
