The Council CEO& Registrar, Lucy Komen joined other stakeholders during the AGRA@20 Learning and Impact Summit in Nairobi, marking two decades of partnership, learning and impact in advancing Africa’s agriculture and food systems.
The Summit brought together leaders from government, finance, the private sector, research, farmer organizations and development partners to reflect on lessons shaping African agriculture and explore the investments, partnerships and scalable solutions needed to accelerate farmer prosperity.
The dialogue resonates strongly with WRSC and AGRA’s ongoing partnership towards improving post-harvest management and advancing structured commodity trade within the cereals and pulses value chains.
Led by AGRA President Ms. Alice Ruhweza, the Summit featured high-level insights from Hon. Governor Kenneth Lusaka, Chair, COG Committee on Agriculture, Dr. Abraham Korir Sing’oei, PS Foreign Affairs, Mr. Enock Chikava, Director Agriculture Delivery Systems, Gates Foundation, H.E Amb.
