6...Reduce how you visit some people, especially if they don't reciprocate it.
7...Invest in yourself. Make yourself happy.
8... Stop entertaining gossip about other people.
9...Think before you talk. 80% of how people value you is what comes out of your mouth.
10... Always look your best. Dress the way you should be addressed.
11... Be an achiever. Get busy with your goals
12...Respect your time.
13... Don't stay in a relationship where you don't feel respected and valued. Walk away.
14... Learn to spend money on yourself. That's how people will learn to spend on you.
15... Be scarce sometimes.
16...Be a giver more than a receiver.
17...Don't go where you are not invited. And when invited don't overstay your welcome.
18...Treat people exactly the way they deserve.
19... Except they owe you money, two call attempts is enough. If they value you they will call you back.

Many people have different perceptions about this day concerning the birth of Jesus and may celebrate in different versions and styles while others don't celebrate reason being the exact day isn't known. But the fact remain that Christ was born and his birth brought hope to the mankind and his death and ressurection brought life to the world.
However, "CHRIST- MASS" means a celebration where christ is the centre of interest. It's more than putting on new clothes and eating special food.

DEVELOPING STORY: There is a Bill drafted that could see the law revised through a parliamentary initiative to create the office of the official opposition leader(Raila/Kalonzo) and their deputy(Karua)

If Passed, the leader of Opposition will have sweeping powers, including an annual address to Parliament, leeway to nominate persons to constitutional statutory commissions as well as funding from the Exchequer to ensure constant oversight of government.

The office, to be funded by the Exchequer, will have all such powers and discretion necessary to solicit and mobilise for funding from all such sources, including donor funding to supplement its budgetary allocations to finance its various activities.

A push to have the office of the official opposition leader could see the Constitution amended to embed a powerful office that will keep the government in check.

I want to Warn my fellow Youths who are busy selling Lands to buy Motorbikes that they must stop that habit. Here are the tactics to success not by selling Lands to buy Motorbikes.

A Motorbike goes at 120,000 Kshs. It means that you will sell 2 Points so that you can buy ONE.

Here are the Solutions.

Instead of selling you can change that 2 Points plot for Production whereby you venture into 3 Months based Groups. You can plant Cabbages,Sukuma wiki or Irish Potatoes.

On doing so you will plant 3 times in a year.

If you plant an average of 2,500 Cabbages per Point it means that you will have a total of 5000 Cabbages.

Assume that 4000 Cabbages Succeeds ans meets the market outside there.

1 Cabbage goes at 30 Bob, when you multiply by 4000 youbwill have 120,000 within 3 Months. Deduct inputs and Labour force you will remain with 80,000.

Now a profit of 80,000 Multiplied by 3 times in a year you will have 240,000.

NB= A profit of 240,000, you're still the owner of 2 Points of Land and you can now but motorbike.

HUSTLER FUND: KEY ISSUES

1. How does the Hustler Fund work?
a) Provides a digital platform with the best deals on financial products
b) Provides digital tools to help customers understand and manage their finances better

2. How will the Hustler Fund be accessed? Through a USSD code and mobile app platforms of the mobile network operators ie Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom

3. What products are available under the Hustler Fund ?
a) Personal Finance. This product will be launched today
b) Micro Loan
c) SMEs Loan
d) Start Up

4. What are the features of Personal Finance product?
a) Loan is between Sh500 and Sh50,000 depending on credit scoring determined by various parameters.
b) The repayment period is 14 days
c) The interest on loan is 8 per cent a year calculated per day

d) The repayment period is 14 days. If a customer borrows Sh500 at 8 per cent interest a year, in 14 days the interest will be Sh1.53. The customer will repay Sh501.53

5. How much will borrowers access?
This will be determined by consistent borrowing and repayment on schedule

6. What happens when a customer borrows?
a) Approved loan is sent to your mobile money account: 95 per cent is deposited in your money wallet and 5 per cent in your savings account scheme of the Hustler Fund

b) The 5 per cent that goes to the savings scheme is split into two: 70 per cent of this goes to long term savings (pension) and 30 per cent to short-term savings

c) If a customer borrows Sh1,000 for example, 5 per cent (Sh50) will go to the savings account

d) Of the Sh50, 70 per cent (Sh35) will go to the borrower's pension account and 30 per cent (Sh15) to the savings account

7. What if a loan is borrowed erroneously? It cannot be reversed and must be repaid

8. How is the loan repaid?
Through the mobile money account.

9. Can a customer transfer the loan to another mobile phone number? No

a) Be a Kenya citizen 18 years and above
b) Valid ID card
c) Registered mobile phone number.
