Alliance Girls High School has increased fees for Grade 10 students from Ksh 51,000 to Ksh 121,000. This is a result of the government providing insufficient capitation….
They don't want poor kids to access education coz they have realized that empowered youth is a threat to their greedness

Today I had the great privilege of meeting delegates from all locations across Kangema.
It was a valuable moment to share my vision for our constituency while also listening keenly to the views, concerns, and ideas that matter most to them as I seek to serve as the next Member of Parliament for Kangema.
The discussion was engaging, honest, and very fruitful. It reaffirmed my belief that every ward deserves to be heard and well represented as we begin laying practical plans to address the challenges facing the people of Kangema.

Our mission is simple: to listen, to engage, and to transform our constituency, ensuring that no one is left behind and that every voice counts.
This meeting was only the beginning. In the coming days, we will be coming closer to you..right to your villages,to continue these conversations and shape the future of Kangema together.

Later, I visited Nyagatugu in Rwathia Ward to condole with the family of Mama Shiru following their loss.
I joined the family, friends, and neighbours in sharing words of comfort, prayer, and support during this difficult moment.
Losing a loved one is never easy, but in such times we draw strength from faith, unity, and the love of our community.

May the family find peace and strength as they go through this season of grief.🙏

Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.

Grateful for the opportunity to attend today’s service at JCM Church Kangema, presided over by Pastor Wakoimbí.

I deeply appreciate the warm reception and the spirit of fellowship shown by the congregation.
It was truly uplifting to worship together, reflect on God’s word, and be reminded of the power of faith and unity in the house of the Lord.

Moments like these strengthen our hearts and renew our purpose.

"I was glad when they said unto me, Let us go into the house of the Lord." - Psalm 122:1 🙏

A fire broke out last evening at Kiawambogo Shopping Centre, leaving several businesses and property destroyed. Members of the community made brave efforts to contain the fire, but the intensity proved overwhelming. The Murang’a County fire engine responded as swiftly as possible and successfully put out the fire, preventing further losses.

This unfortunate incident is a strong reminder of the urgent need for a fire station within Kangema, to ensure faster response times and better protection of lives and livelihoods. We call upon the government to prioritize this critical service.

We stand in solidarity with all those who suffered losses. Our thoughts are with you, and we will offer the support we can to help you rebuild, recover, and rise again.
