POINTBLANK:

The Kikuyu Community are indeed politically mature, hospitable and tolerant.... Yani Raila went to Kiambu for a funeral ceremony, he was welcomed peacefully, no heckling, no protests, no yelling and no silly behaviors and hate, just but political tolerance, accomodating and maturity.
The mourners litsened to him keenly, respectfully and even at times laughed to his jokes. That was epic.

Am trying to imagine the other way round, that it's Uhuru visiting Kisumu or Siaya counties. You could have seen the highest level of childishness, heckling and all sorts of mediocrity.

Some people somewhere need to MATURE UP and learn how to behave.

President Kenyatta slams Raila for ethnic division

NAIROBI, 5 September 2017 (PSCU) – President Uhuru Kenyatta today slammed opposition leader Raila Odinga as a man who thrived on agitating for ethnic division, and voters had shown their displeasure by rejecting him at every election.

At a meeting with leaders from Western Kenya, President Kenyatta repeated that Jubilee had elected representatives in every part of the country, and had won a clear majority of Governors, members of parliament and senate, women representatives, and grassroots MCAs.

President Kenyatta also said his difference with the Supreme Court led by the Chief Justice was not a reflection of his difference with the ethnic community from which the CJ came from.

The State House goodwill delegation was led by Water CS Eugene Wamalwa, and included Senate Speaker Kenneth Lusaka and chief whip Benjamin Washiali.

During the meeting, former Vihiga Governor Moses Akaranga led the leaders from Western in pledging support for the President and his deputy in the October 17 repeat election.

President Kenyatta welcomed the support from the leaders, saying it signified Jubilee’s popularity across the country.
The President pointed out that with election of leaders in 44 counties, Jubilee has proved to be a party with an agenda of unifying all Kenyans for prosperity and development.

“This is the party where every Kenyan is welcome and feels at home,” said the President.

President Kenyatta said it was unfortunate that opposition leader Raila Odinga thrives in tribal division rather than unity.

“Raila Odinga thrives in tribal division. The only thing he has done is to agitate against different communities,” said the President.

“We have campaigned all these years, but we never incited communities,” he added.

President Kenyatta spoke at State House Nairobi where he met the delegation of Luhya leaders, as he marshals support for his re-election following the Supreme Court judgement that nullified his August 8 victory .

The leaders, who included former Budalang’i MP Ababu Namwamba and Cyrus Jirongo, assured the President of their commitment to ensuring he garners more votes in the October 17 election.

At the meeting that was also attended by Deputy President William Ruto, the President pointed out that the opposition leader has today taken his campaigns to Kisii and Nyamira in an attempt to exploit Jubilee leadership criticism of the Supreme Court ruling.

“We have no problem with the people of Kisii and Nyamira. We disagree with the ruling of the court, not the community,” said President Kenyatta.

President Kenyatta criticized Raila’s opposition to Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission’s new election date citing “consultation”.

“There is no legal requirement that Raila be consulted. I was neither consulted, Kenya doesn’t belong to one man,” said the President.

Deputy President said Jubilee won the election fair and square with the party having 31 Women Representatives, 29 Governors, 170 Members of Parliament, 27 senators and 800 Members of County Assembly.

“It would be a miracle if the opposition won the presidential poll they couldn’t have lost five elections and won one,” said the Deputy President.

Senate Speaker Kenneth Lusaka and majority chief whip Benjamin Washiali thanked the president and the Jubilee party for supporting the community by rewarding them with key positions in parliament.

It's momentous to note that the omission and commission by the IEBC was identifiable after audit by the Supreme Court. Without the Audit, we would not have known what exactly happened. Now, both IEBC and Supreme Court are Independent institutions as envisaged in the constitution. IEBC's decisions are audited through Judicial review. It's also very important for Supreme Court to be Audited by the Legislature (Parliament) and where necessary JSC. The CJ himself told Kenyans that 'them' as the Supreme court delivered what was humanly possible. The CJ was admitting that they did not deliver a completely clean process because they are human beings (but they expected IEBC to deliver what not humanly impossible). No systems are infallible. Or who measures what's humanly possible?

The majority only gave a summary of the verdict with no explanation, they did not even bother to give notes. You're overturning the election of Head of State and you don't even bother to sound convincing? The minority who also worked under the same conditions had convincing explanations, yet their stand was just an opinion, not a decision. The fact that 4 judges constituted the majority, it cannot be taken to mean that they are the Supreme court, No. Even the other 2 judges who gave a dissent are members of the same Court. Therefore, there's a good reason as to why the court was split. That is why it's necessary to Audit that particular process.

The so called father of Democracy made the following remarks in his bid to explain to Kenyans that no system is clean, 'Elections should end with the counting of votes. The Supreme Court is made up of seven judges. The discretion of seven individuals, however wise, can neither represent nor substitute the voice of 15 million people. Seven individuals can be intimidated, they can be compromised and they can make genuine mistakes. Kenyans are still trying to understand what exactly happened in the Supreme Court in 2013 when a decision about their votes was delivered in minutes and a paragraph.

Fair enough, I hope parliament will be bold enough to also Audit the Supreme Court and give Kenyans a report. That is the Spirit of the Constitution. Checks and Balances. If a Commission with Hundreds of experts can make such glaring errors, why would anybody think that 6 Judges are Perfect and Trustworthy?

If Raila Odinga loses in the runoff(which he will), he will have lost in 1997, 2007, 2013, 2017a, & 2017b.

Political analyst Mutahi Ngunyi is worried about the 'health status' of NASA head of strategy David Ndii following calls for secession.

During an interview with NTV on Tuesday, the economist said the coalition is well prepared for mass action.

He added, "If change cannot come through the ballot, it will come through the bullet."

Ndii's remarks attracted criticism from Kenyans and leaders alike.

But via Twitter on Thursday, Ngunyi said the Opposition was blaming Ndii for their loss in the August 8 presidential election.

"That is why he was disturbed," the analyst said amid the raging separation debate.

President Uhuru Kenyatta won against NASA leader Raila Odinga by 1.4m votes as per results declared by IEBC.

The ODM leader has contested the declaration at the Supreme Court.

"When madness of a nation disturbs a solitary mind; it is not enough to call him mad. NASA blames David Ndii for loss. Is he disturbed or mad?" Nguyi asked.

His tweet left a section of his followers supporting his narrative while others bitterly dismissed him.

"It's Both!. His Pain is too much to handle! But some of us are not ready and I repeat not Ready to go the "ndii'-Way! Not at all," said.

said: "Perhaps the man is burdened by the state of the nation."

"When the madness of an entire nation disturbs a solitary mind, it's not enough to say the man is mad, Mathare hospital straight Mr Ndii," said.

said: "Him and Mutua were the biggest reason NASA lost. As i keep saying they are not worth the papers their certificate were written on."

"David Ndii is Absolutely MAD you can clearly see that every time he opens his mouth to speak the more you realize his madness,"‏ said.

said: "David Ndii is obviously mentally disturbed. He seems to be grieving NASA loss more than Raila. He is sick definitely."

But other users attacked Ngunyi saying he should focus on his life and leave the Opposition alone.

said: "How Mutahi Ngunyi wished he was revolutionary as this guy.You are a coward and you know Ndii is stating the truth."

"Ngunyi. Where do you draw your facts or better propaganda from? Academia hasn't money so decided to auction your asset for fakeness,"‏ said.

said: "Ad homenen attack of a public intellectual is not what we expect. Give a counter discourse instead."

"You are the mad one, this professor bandia credentials needs to be interrogated by scholars. You are busy confusing few GEMA students here!," said.

said: "So NASA has become your daily bread? Get a life dude."(sic)

During the interview, Ndii said it was clear that Uhuru was making calls for people to accept and move on while Raila says Kenyans cannot just move in an openly divided country.

Ndii said identity politics is to blame as some politicians have made it a practice to oppress other communities.

"We need to discuss why Kenya should stay together. Just like in an abusive relationship, people talk and agree either to break up or move on."

NASA moved to the Supreme Court to challenge the results of the presidential election.

Raila said this is the Supreme Court's second chance to deliver justice and regain the people's faith.

The Judiciary and Law Society of Kenya warned the public and parties to NASA's petition against handling the matter elsewhere and issuing statements that could be harmful.

The Supreme Court asked media houses and their workers to ensure fair, impartial and responsible" reporting on the NASA petition.

Since the petition last week, Raila and Uhuru and their die-hard defenders have been firing salvos of defiance and derision.

Uhuru on Tuesday called Raila "ungentlemanly", a "man of riddles" and a roadblock to unity and development.

He dismissed the petition, saying his super-majority in the bicameral Parliament proves he won fair and square.

According to Raila, elections should end with the vote tally.

"The Supreme Court is made up of seven judges. The discretion of seven individuals, however wise, can neither represent nor substitute the voice of 15 million people," Raila said.

"Seven individuals can be intimidated, they can be compromised and they can make genuine mistakes," he said.

David Ndii is not a foolish person. He's a very knowledgeable social activist - maybe the only thing he lacks is wisdom. He is the kind that opt to use their knowledge, skills and experience in a negative way. It's like a Hacker who decides to hack, say, Safaricom or KRA systems, instead of developing a strong system that would benefit such institutions and sell it to them. There are people in this world who use their special skills to destroy rather than to build. Now Ndii has decided to use his skills and knowledge in the field of economics and philosophy to incite the people against the Govt and amongst themselves. He's proposing that when you lose in an election, say, Nairobi County Gubernatorial election - the County to be split into Two, the Majority to have their county and the minority to have their portion of the County too. He's encouraging Kenyans to consider divorce in political marriages when their dreams, imaginations and hallucinations are not fulfilled. Ndii, who's a Key strategist in the Raila Odinga's presidential dream and philosophy has told Kenyans to consider Civil wars and civil disobedience as a solution to conflict resolution. He has insisted that, the 2007/2008 post election violence ended prematurely. He finds it okay for people to kill their political rivals and neighbouring tribes who do not subscribe to their political philosophy until they reach to a compromise. According to him, Kenya can only be called a democracy if and only if Raila Odinga become its President. That peace and stability would be achieved if Raila is sworn in as the President of Kenya and Kenyans should be ready to die for this.

Aden Duale - THE ONE MAN ARMY

Sometimes back in 2015 when there was talk of uniting Jubilee into one party, Raila Odinga went on an offensive campaign in the Northern region persuading the pastoralist to resist being huddled together into a "foreign" political party that belonged to only two tribes, that's Kikuyus and the Kalenjin. Aden Duale openly promised Raila that he will single handedly make sure that Raila and ODM are completely swept out of the entire Northern Region. Come 2017 and Duale made good his promise, all 5 counties of Northern region, Mandera, Wajir, Garissa, Isiolo and Marsabit went to Jubilee and most amazingly in Garissa County, all elective posts, from Governor, Senator, women Rep, all mps and Mcas are all Jubilee.

If we bring alot of documents before the court, people will think that we have alot of evidence. If the supreme court does not rule in our favor, our many gullible supporters who thought we had alot of evidence because of the many documents we presented will be surprised. We will then tell them that the court is being used by those in power to deny us justice and they (our supporters) will believe it. We will spend the next five years saying our victory was stolen and the supreme court has been compromised. Our followers will sympathize with us because our victory was stolen and they will continue following us. Who are we?
