Destiny Eagle Ventures is an organization that is an expert in putting together creative life transforming events for children and youth aimed at helping them realize the personal power within them and helping them chart a course to the destiny of their choosing following the leading of Jesus. We recognize the massive and critical role that the local church plays in making disciples and we know that no organization can replace the church in that role. With that understanding, ours is to serve the church in their mission of making disciples especially among the children and youth. We are committed to serving the church to make disciples who will make other disciples.
· Life skills training: Imparting in the youth skills to be able to meet the challenges of everyday life and cope with increasing pace and change in modern life.
· Equipping leaders: We train and mentor the youth to be people of influence and whose lives will impact their generation and leave nutrients for the generation to follow.
· Amplifying talent: We train the youth to be able to translate their talents into opportunities for themselves but also train them on important skills to sustain the talent and the influence that the talent produces for them.
· Disciple making: We are a Christian organization and as such our first mandate is to make disciples of Jesus Christ. We do this through fun filled DVBS and creative life transforming camps.

In order to be effective in what we do, we anchor our every effort on the following values that are core to us- 3Ps:
· Passion: We love what we do and as such we apply our whole heart and energy in doing it to achieve excellence for God. We are always willing to do a little bit more and as such push ourselves to go beyond our comfort zone. We take time to prepare and sharpen ourselves and when we get to doing what we do; our hearts are always vibrating with enthusiasm. Our God deserves it- our very best.
· People: We value people and as such we are very intentional about creating relationships. People are always at the heart of what we do and as such we treat people with respect, love, and dignity. We are accountable both to ourselves and to our clients but most importantly to God for our actions and intentions. We keep our word and deal with integrity.
· Party. We love what we do. We know that what we do matters. What we do is important and is making a difference and so it is always a party for us: bringing joy both to us and to our clients. We do what we do with a smile on our faces, laughter in our lips and joy in our hearts. Further, we bring the children and youth to a place of fun in everything we do to help them open up to God.
