Today the governor of kiambu county Hon James Nyoro together with the devoulution cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa and Governor of Kakamega county who is also the chairman of the council of governors Hon Wycliff Oparanya visited the new wangige and tigoni level 4 hospitals in Kabete and limuru subcounties
These hospitals have been constructed with funds from the county government of kiambu and the world bank through the Kenya devoulution support programme and have a combinrd bed capacity of 380.

After residents raised the alarm on the poor state of roads and drainage systems within Juja Subcounty, the County Government’s Department of Roads led by Eng. Samuel Mugo (CEC Roads) , Hon. Godffrey Waiyaki (Kalimoni MCA) and the Sub County administration toured Juja Sub County last week to identify areas requiring urgent attention in order to curb the effects of floods as a result of the on-going rains.

As of Today, works have already started in New wood estate, Kenyatta road and along the Juja Farm road. The scope entails unclogging drainage systems, digging new water way trenches and repair of potholes.
