LTJG Vite’s Navy story is one of dedication, perseverance, and leadership. Originally from Ecuador, he moved to Queens, New York, where he graduated high school before answering the call to serve. In 2000, he enlisted in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (ABE), beginning a career rooted in hard work and commitment to excellence.

After more than two decades of service, LTJG Vite reached a new milestone when he commissioned as a Human Resources Officer on September 29, 2023. Today, he continues his Navy journey with yet another accomplishment — his promotion to Lieutenant Junior Grade.

Now serving at Transaction Support Center Yokosuka, LTJG Vite is recognized as a trusted leader and mentor who sets the standard for professionalism, humility, and dedication to the Navy’s mission.

Beyond the uniform, LTJG Vite is a proud husband and father, balancing family life with his devotion to the Navy. His journey is a true example of the opportunities that come from service, resilience, and leadership.

RAPIDS system is currently down across the Navy. This outage means that the CFAY FAST Office's ID card section is not able to produce any cards.

There is no estimated time of restoration. An update will be provided when services are restored.

Personnel with appointments at either CFAY FAST or the Transaction Service Center Yokosuka are advised to reach out to their respective location prior to the appointment and verify the system's status. Each location's preferred contact information is in the appointment confirmation email.

Personnel with emergent situations regarding their CAC or other DoD-issued ID should contact either their chain of command or their sponsor's chain of command.The
