今回のテーマ：【外国籍介護職員のためのBCPセミナー】
日本では地震などの自然災害が多く発生します。
「もし自分が仕事中に地震が起きたら、どうすればいいのだろう…」
そんな不安を感じたことはありませんか？
今回のセミナーは、2部構成で実施します。
災害時に必要な知識や備えについて、体験談と実技を通じて学びましょう。
【第1部】
◆ 震災を体験した外国籍介護職員による体験談
実際の現場で何が起きたのか、どのように行動したのか。
当事者の声を通じて、災害時のリアルな体験を共有します。
【第2部】
◆ 実技訓練：身近なものでできる災害対応の方法を学ぶ
・断水時の介護施設で活用できる簡易トイレの作り方
・怪我をした方を身近な物で搬送する方法
・限られた資材でできる簡易ベッドの作り方
災害時に落ち着いて行動するためには、事前の備えと知識、そして経験が大切です。
このセミナーを通して、「もしも」に備える力を一緒に身につけましょう。

Theme: Disaster Preparedness (BCP) Seminar for Foreign Caregivers
Japan experiences many natural disasters, especially earthquakes.
Have you ever wondered:
"What should I do if an earthquake happens while I'm working?"
This seminar will help you prepare for such situations.
It will be held in two parts, combining a real-life story and hands-on training.

◆ Experience Sharing by a Foreign Caregiver Who Has Faced an Earthquake
Hear from a care worker who experienced a disaster in Japan.
She will talk about what happened and how she responded in her workplace.
🟦 Part 2
◆ Practical Training: Learn How to Respond Using Everyday Items
・How to make a temporary toilet in an emergency
・How to transport an injured person using available materials
・How to create a temporary bed with limited supplies
Gaining this knowledge will help you stay calm and take action in emergencies.
