The Tokyo Metropolitan Art Museum is currently hosting the Joan Miró Exhibition!

Born in Catalonia, Spain in 1893, Joan Miró (1893–1983) is celebrated as one of the great masters of 20th century art, alongside compatriot Pablo Picasso.
Renowned for his distinctive and richly poetic style, Miró transformed shapes found in nature into symbolic forms, an approach that gained popularity around the world.

This exhibition presents the work of Miró, who continued to explore new forms of artistic expression until the age of 90, including pieces from his Constellations series.

Seize this moment for an unforgettable encounter!
