3. On-demand Share-ride Taxi Service “Ainori-kun”
Ainori-kun is a service for Tokai Village residents, that provides share-ride service from your home/designated location to a destination, at lower fares than commercial taxi service.
Service Details
-The service is available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (4:00 p.m. on Sat.) except Sun., public holidays and New Year’s holidays.
-Both the departure point and the destination must be within Tokai Village.
-The fare is 300 yen for one trip (one way), and 100 yen for disabled people, people certified for Long-Term Care, preschool children and one caregiver/guardian.

-App “Knowroute” or Tokai Village Official LINE
After signing up in the app or LINE, you can make a reservation for a ride starting three days before the day you wish to use the Ainori-kun service.

Registration: Call “Tokai-mura On-demand Taxi Information Center”. You can also apply in person at Industrial Policy Section in Tokai Industry and Information Plaza "iVil", Tokai Welfare Center “Kizuna” or Tokai Village Office.
Reservation: Call “Tokai-mura On-demand Taxi Information Center” starting three days before the day you wish to use the service.

4. Spring Cleanup Day
Date: Sat. 13 Jun.
*In case of rain, notification will be given through the community radio system at 6:30 a.m., and the cleanup day will be postponed to Sun. 14 Jun.
Time: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.
Place: All areas of Tokai Village
Other: Separate the garbage into burnable and non-burnable.

5. Hello Baby Classes for Pregnant Women
Let’s learn about pregnancy, childbirth, childcare, and share your concerns and experiences with us as an expecting mother. You can join either one or both classes.
Date and Content:
(1) Fri. 3 Jul., 9:15 a.m. - noon (Registration starts at 9:00 a.m.)
Lecture by a midwife, a nutrition manager and a dental hygienist. Childcare service will be provided for free.
(2) Sat. 4 Jul., 9:15 a.m. - 11:50 a.m. (Registration starts at 9:00 a.m.)
Talk about babies’ crying / how to bathe a newborn / pregnancy experience for fathers / useful tips for before and after childbirth. Bring an apron for each attendee. No childcare service will be provided.

Capacity: (1) 12 people, (2) 16 pairs
Other: Bring your Maternal and Child Health Handbook (Boshi Kenko Techo), the supplementary handbook, pen and notebook.

6. Exploring the Stone Buddhas of Funaishikawa and Funaba District

7. Hiking Tour to Mt. Mizusawa
Date: Sat. 20 Jun.
Time: Meeting at Fureaino-mori Park at 6:20 a.m.
Departure time: 6:30 a.m.
Place: Mt. Mizusawa, Shibukawa-city, Gunma pref.
Eligible people: Anyone who lives or works in Tokai Village (including family living together) or belongs to SC Smile Tokai and is 18 years old or above.
Capacity: 15 people
Cost: 8,000 yen for Smile Tokai members,11,000 yen per person who lives together with a Smile Tokai member, 14,000 yen for non-members

Eligible people: Any junior high school student or older, who lives, works, or goes to school in Tokai Village, or any member of Tokai Village Tennis Federation (including family living together).
