6月24日、国連三角パートナーシップ・プログラム（ ）における医療分野の教育訓練である国連野外衛生救護補助員コース（ ）の教官養成訓練に、教官および教官候補として韓国に派遣されていた4名が、 #内倉統幕長 へ帰国報告を行いました。
UNTPPは我が国が旗振り役となり創設された、国連・支援国・要員派遣国の三者が互いに協力を行う枠組みであり、防衛省・自衛隊は得意分野を活かし、今後もUNTPPにおける教育訓練を通じて、国連PKOに派遣される各国の要員の能力強化に貢献していきます。

On June 24, Gen Uchikura Hiroaki received a report from 4 personnel on their return from the United Nations Field Medical Assistants Course(UNFMAC) conducted in Republic of Korea, as part of the UNTPP.
UNTPP is a framework for cooperation among the UN, supporting Member States, and Troop and Police Contributors. Japan has acted as a flagbearer upon its establishment. MOD/SDF will continuously contribute in area of strength to enhance the capacities of UN Peacekeeping personnel.

The Japan Self-Defense Forces participated in MARARA 26, a multinational exercise hosted by the French Armed Forces in French Polynesia, from June 4 to 17.
Through this exercise, the JSDF enhanced its capabilities in international disaster relief activities while strengthening cooperation and deepening mutual understanding with participating nations.
The JSDF will continue to strengthen cooperation with allies and like-minded partners and contribute to the realization of a Free and Open Indo-Pacific based on the rule of law, thereby promoting regional peace, stability, and prosperity.

開始されました。
　本訓練への参加を通じて、戦術技量の向上を図るとともに、同盟国及び同志国との連携を強化し、インド太平洋地域における抑止力及び対処力の強化を図り、我が国の防衛及び地域の平和と安定に寄与してまいります。


Live training activities have commenced as part of 26, a U.S.-led multinational exercise in which the Japan Self-Defense Forces are participating.
Through participation in this exercise, we will enhance our tactical proficiency, strengthen cooperation with allies and like-minded partners, and improve deterrence and response capabilities across the Indo-Pacific region.
These efforts contribute to the defense of Japan and support regional peace and stability.

６月１７日、仏領ポリネシア（タヒチ島）において #仏軍主催多国間訓練 の閉会式が実施されました。
閉会式には、自衛隊代表として樋口統幕訓練調整官が参加しました。
また、仏領ニューカレドニアの在ヌメア領事事務所の堀田所長も参加し、仏領ポリネシア軍司令官パンジェ海軍少将をはじめとする参加国代表者との交流を行いました。
MARARA26は終了しましたが、自衛隊は引き続き、同盟国・同志国との協力を強化し、法の支配に基づく「自由で開かれたインド太平洋」の実現に寄与することで、地域の平和と安定及び繁栄に貢献してまいります。

On 17 June, the closing ceremony of the multinational exercise MARARA 26, hosted by the French Armed Forces, was held in Tahiti, French Polynesia.
A Colonel from the 3rd Operations Division, Japan Joint Staff, attended the ceremony as the representative of the JSDF.
Together with the Head of the Consular Office of Japan in Nouméa, New Caledonia, he engaged with representatives from participating nations, including Rear Admiral Pinget, Joint Commander in French Polynesia.
Although MARARA 26 has concluded, the JSDF will continue to strengthen cooperation with allies and like-minded partners and contribute to the realization of a Free and Open Indo-Pacific based on the rule of law, thereby promoting regional peace, stability, and prosperity.

防衛省・自衛隊は、令和８年６月１２日から同月１８日までエストニア共和国（タリン）において実施されたNATO軍事医療演習「Vigorous Warrior 2026（VW26）」に、初めて参加しました。VW26は、ＮＡＴＯの軍事医療分野における最大規模の多国間演習であり、３２か国から約２，０００名の軍事医療関係者が参加しました。本演習は、ＮＡＴＯが主催し「実戦に近い状況下における多国間医療協力の訓練・検証」を目的として実施され、野戦病院を中心に民間医療を含めた訓練及び運用の検証が行われました。防衛省・自衛隊は、今後とも衛生関連の訓練等への参加を通じ、同盟国・同志国との連携強化に努めてまいります。

The Ministry of Defense and the Japan Self-Defense Forces (JSDF) participated for the first time in the NATO military medical exercise “Vigorous Warrior 2026 (VW26),” held in Tallinn, the Republic of Estonia, from 12 to 18 June 2026.Vigorous Warrior (VW) is the largest multinational exercise in the field of military medicine within NATO, with approximately 2,000 military medical personnel from 32 countries participating. The exercise is organized by the NATO. It is conducted with the objective of training and validating multinational medical cooperation under conditions close to real operations. During the exercise, training in medical cooperation and validation of integrated operations with civilian medical systems were conducted, primarily within a Role 3 (field hospital) setting. The Ministry of Defense and the JSDF will continue to strengthen cooperation with allies and like-minded countries through participation in medical-related training activities.

6月17日、 #内倉統幕長 は、部隊運用及び隊務運営における課題や問題認識について、統合幕僚監部として関与可能な事項を把握することを目的に、共同の部隊並びに陸・海・空自の主要部隊指揮官及び最先任等と直接意見交換を行う機会として、VTCによる懇談を実施しました。本懇談では、各部隊からの発表を受けた後、各指揮官及び最先任等と忌憚のない意見交換を行いました。

On June 17, Gen UCHIKURA held a VTC with commanders and senior enlisted leaders from joint units and the major commands of each service. The discussion focused on challenges in operations and unit management, as well as identifying areas where the Japan Joint Staff can provide support. After unit briefings, participants engaged in open and candid exchanges of views.

The Japan Self-Defense Forces are currently participating in the multinational exercise MARARA 26 in Tahiti, French Polynesia, hosted by the French Armed Forces.

The medical training for about 10 days was successfully completed.
