Баргузории семинари илмӣ оид ба “Устувонаи Куруш: Пайванди таърихии байни гузашта ва ҳозира – назари муосири Тоҷикистон”
23 апрели соли 2026 бо ташаббуси Сафорати Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон дар Ҷопон ва дар ҳамкорӣ бо Донишгоҳи тадқиқоти хориҷии Токио (Tokyo University of Foreign Studies) семинари илмӣ дар мавзуи “Устувонаи Куруш: пайванди таърихии гузашта ва ҳозира – назари муосири Тоҷикистон” бо иштироки профессорон ва донишҷӯён баргузор гардид.
Сафири Ҷумҳури Тоҷикистон дар Ҷопон Фарҳод Салим роҷеъ ба ташаббусҳои байналмилалии Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон, Пешвои миллат муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон, аз ҷумла қабули қатъномаи ЮНЕСКО таҳти унвони “Устувонаи Куруш: Эъломияи ибтидоии ҳуқуқи башар ва гуногунрангии фарҳангӣ” ва қатъномаи СММ оид ба эълон намудани соли 2027 “Соли байналмилалии маърифати ҳуқуқӣ” маълумот дода, нақш ва аҳаммияти ташаббусҳои болозикрро таъкид намуд.
Зимни суханрониҳо нақши тоҷикон дар таърих ва тамаддуни башарият, дастовардҳои Тоҷикистони муосир ба донишҷӯён муаррифӣ карда шуд.

講演「キュロスの円筒：歴史がつなぐ過去と現在－現代タジキスタンのビジョン」の開催
2026年4月23日、駐日タジキスタン共和国大使館は東京外国語大学（TUFS）の協力を得て、講演「キュロスの円筒：歴史がつなぐ過去と現在－現代タジキスタンのビジョン」を開催しました。講演には教員や学生が参加しました。
ファルホド・サリム駐日タジキスタン共和国大使は、タジキスタン共和国大統領であり国家指導者であるエモマリ・ラフモン閣下の国際的な取り組みについて説明しました。これには、ユネスコによる「キュロスの宣言：人権と文化多様性の初期憲章」と題する決議の採択や、2027年を「法知識の国際年」と宣言する国連の決議が含まれ、上記のイニシアチブの役割と重要性を強調しています。
講演では、人類史と文明におけるタジク人の役割、そして現代タジキスタンの業績が学生たちに紹介されました。

Conducting a scientific seminar on the topic “The Cyrus Cylinder: The historical connection between the past and present - Tajikistan modern vision”
On April 23, 2026, at the initiative of the Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in Japan and in cooperation with the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies (TUFS), a scientific seminar was held on the topic “The Cyrus Cylinder: The historical connection between the past and present - Tajikistan modern vision” with the participation of professors and students.
Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Japan Farhod Salim presented information on the international initiatives of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Leader of the Nation, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon, including the adoption of the UNESCO resolution entitled "The Cyrus Manifesto: An Early Charter of Human Rights and Cultural Diversity" and the UN resolution proclaiming 2027 as the “International Year of Legal Literacy”, emphasizing the role and importance of the above-mentioned initiatives.
During the presentations, students were introduced to the role of Tajiks in the history and civilization of human, as well as the achievements of modern Tajikistan.
