Fil-Am Sasebo is a non-profit, non-religious, non-partisan and non-political organization which promotes friendship and good relations between the U.S.

military community and our host nation. Fil-Am advocates family harmony with strong focus of promoting, sharing and preserving traditional Filipino values and traditions. Fil-Am is composed of military service members, civilian employees, their families and friends regardless of race or origin.

Dearest Fil-Am Community,

From the bottom of my heart, Thank You! It has been a pleasure serving with you as your Fil-Am President for 2016. Auie Caasi turned over such an amazing Association and I couldn't have been any happier to have kept it going. I have seen us finish very successful fundraisings and the many times we gave support for the Sasebo community. The efforts given by the members and volunteers made this all possible and is the reason it has gotten this far. I would like to particualarly thank Emma Antonio for not only being the Secretary but also an Advisor for Fil-Am. She has made such a huge impact that I would like to notify all of our members that she will be the NEW PRESIDENT of FILIPINO AMERICAN ASSOCIATION. I will still be active in the community and will look forward to seeing US be successful for 2017 our 30th anniversary at 2018! Again, maraming maraming salamat at ipagpatuloy po natin ang pag susuporta sa ating mahal na association.

Hello Fil-Am Members, Families, and Friends,

We would like to give thanks to all who supported our Fall Bazaar Food Sale last weekend. It was a huge success !!! KUDOS to all who put time and effort especially to our awesome volunteers.

Another invite awaits each and everyone, our Family Halloween Dinner on Oct 29,2016, Saturday at Hario Cantina. When rain falls, we will move the event to Ayame Party Room (Hario). Also, if you can donate some cadies, please do so and let us know.

There will be Best Costume Contest for Adults, Kids(2) and Family. Do not forget to bring your favorite dishes to share, we will provide some games, prizes and entertainment.

Let's ALL wear our Best Costume and have fun !!!!
