Tokyo One-Stop Business Establishment Center (TOSBEC) is a support center where entrepreneurs can complete all administrative procedures required for establishing a company or starting a business in one place.
TOSBEC has three locations in Tokyo—Akasaka, Yurakucho, and Shibuya.
At the Akasaka office, specialists dispatched from relevant government ministries provide consultation and handle applications for essential start-up procedures, including:
Certification of Articles of Incorporation
Company registration
Tax procedures
Pension and social insurance
Immigration procedures
SME management consultants are stationed not only at the Akasaka office but are also available at the Shibuya and Yurakucho satellite centers.You can receive guidance on startup-planning and business challenges through consultation with them.
Each procedure is handled by specialist advisors dispatched from the relevant government ministries, creating an environment where aspiring entrepreneurs can move forward with confidence.
Because TOSBEC is jointly operated by the Government of Japan and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government, all services are completely free of charge, no matter how many times you use them.
