On March 13th, we had the privilege of welcoming guests to the BCCJ International Women’s Day ( ) ‘ ’ event—an inspiring gathering of professionals from diverse backgrounds and seniority levels, united in their commitment to driving progress and gender equality. This year we approached things a little differently, hosting the event in a speed networking format where guests could learn from one another about challenges reached at different career levels, and discuss the realities of instilling meaningful change at their company.

Special thanks to Junko Mori-Kubokawa, Annie Yu Ma, Yuki Miura, MBA for leading the discussion. Also thank you to Ian Prideaux for sharing a little bit more about what the BCCJ is aiming to achieve with its Working Group. And lastly, thank you to LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) for hosting us in their Tokyo office.
Thanks to everyone for joining in!🫰

□ MEET THE MEMBER REPRESENTATIVES: HAYLEY MCLINTOCK □

Hayley McLintock - Director of Admissions and Communications, Tonbridge School
“A passion for education led me to enter teaching in 2004, following experience in investment banking and language studies. I have since dedicated my time to helping young people achieve their full potential.
This has included teaching across the five key stages of UK education in both state and independent settings, acquiring Specialist Teacher and Assessor status while at Tonbridge. My leadership roles in special educational needs provision, and the expansion and development of our outstanding Learning Strategies Department at Tonbridge are particular highlights.
In addition, I have extensive experience in delivering professional development to academic staff, and have written and delivered several metacognition and community programmes including the ‘Mindset for Success’ and ‘Learning Mentors’ schemes.
I am delighted to meet current and prospective families across the globe in my role as an ambassador for Tonbridge School, as well as continuing to offer advisory support to students, teachers and parents at the School itself.
