Kenya has been ranked the 11th best outsourcing destination globally and 3rd in Africa in the Ataraxis Global Outsourcing Talent Index 2026, affirming our country’s rising position as a leading global digital and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) hub.

The ranking recognizes Kenya’s competitive labor force, strong English proficiency, growing digital infrastructure, and vibrant technology ecosystem.

While the report highlights the need to further scale talent availability, it confirms that Kenya is firmly on course to becoming a premier destination for digital jobs, innovation, and global services exports under our Digital Superhighway agenda.
