🌌 [DESSERTS: Made by Tsuji Bakery under Hana Global]
Represented by: Kyo Saijo [Chief Culture & Literary Director]
Tsuji Bakery Representative: Reiji Tsuji [Owner]
The bakery delivery arrived just in time for the event, it has been a week ever since this was planned and all Juri (the main wagashi artist) had on her mind is the art that was passed on to them for several years.
Kyo, on standby as Hana Global's representative received the delicate desserts for the event. Although he may seem quiet he got a taste for what's good on an event or not.
Many people don't know that Hana Global is a Library Café not a bakery, not a pattiserie of some sort so they decided to team up with Tsuji Bakery for all the desserts.
On the menu made by Tsuji Bakery listed:
🌸 Sakura No Tori(桜の鳥) — Bird of Cherry Blossoms
A delicate wagashi inspired by the arrival of spring, featuring a graceful bird nestled among blooming sakura petals. Its soft colors and refined sweetness evoke the gentle warmth of cherry blossom season and the fleeting beauty of nature.
🌸 Rabenda no Hanabira (ラベンダーの花びら) — Lavender Petals
Inspired by fields of lavender swaying in the breeze, this wagashi features delicate petal-like details and soothing shades of purple. Its gentle appearance reflects tranquility, grace, and the calming essence of a summer garden.
🌸Airisu no Hana (アイリスの花) — Iris Blossom
A refined wagashi modeled after the elegant iris flower, known as a symbol of wisdom, hope, and courage. The layered petals and vibrant tones create a striking yet graceful confection that embodies the beauty of flowers blooming beside quiet waters.
🌸Murasaki no Hanakanmuri (紫の花冠) — Purple Flower Crown
An exquisite confection adorned with petals in rich violet hues, reminiscent of a crown woven from fresh blossoms. This wagashi celebrates elegance and serenity, capturing the noble charm of a flower wreath fit for royalty.
