広島県（ひろしまけん）は、６月（がつ）４日（にち）に梅雨（つゆ）入（い）りしました。

　梅雨（つゆ）とは「毎年（まいとし）５月（がつ）下旬（げじゅん）から７月（がつ）上旬（じょうじゅん）にかけて続（つづ）く、雨（あめ）の多（おお）い時期（じき）」のことです。
大雨（おおあめ）や洪水（こうずい）、土砂崩（どしゃくず）れなどの災害（さいがい）に備（そな）えて、日頃（ひごろ）から自宅周辺（じたくしゅうへん）の災害（さいがい）リスクや、避難場所（ひなんばしょ）、非常持出品（ひじょうもちだしひん）の確認（かくにん）などをしておきましょう。

　大雨（おおあめ）が降（ふ）っている時（とき）や、これから大雨（おおあめ）が降（ふ）ると予想（よそう）される時（とき）には、避難指示（ひなんしじ）や天気（てんき）の警報（けいほう）が発表（はっぴょう）されることがあります。最新（さいしん）の情報（じょうほう）は、広島県（ひろしまけん）防災（ぼうさい）Webなどで確認（かくにん）してください。

食中毒（しょくちゅうどく）に注意（ちゅうい）しましょう！

　夏（なつ）は高温多湿（こうおんたしつ）となるため、細菌（さいきん）が原因（げんいん）の食中毒（しょくちゅうどく）が最（もっと）も発生（はっせい）しやすくなっています。
　広島県（ひろしまけん）では、６月（がつ）１日（にち）から９月（がつ）30日（にち）までを「広島県（ひろしまけん）夏（なつ）の食中毒（しょくちゅうどく）予防期間（よぼうきかん）」としています。
　食中毒（しょくちゅうどく）は飲食店（いんしょくてん）だけではなく、家庭（かてい）でも発生（はっせい）していますので、食品（しょくひん）の取扱（とりあつか）いに注意（ちゅうい）して食中毒（しょくちゅうどく）を防（ふせ）ぎましょう。

食中毒（しょくちゅうどく）予防（よぼう）のポイント
○細菌（さいきん）をつけない
•丁寧（ていねい）な手洗（てあら）いの徹底（てってい）（調理前（ちょうりまえ）、肉（にく）や魚（さかな）などを扱（あつか）った後（あと）、トイレの後（あと）など）
•加熱（かねつ）しないで食（た）べる食品（しょくひん）（サラダなど）は先（さき）に調理（ちょうり）
•生（なま）の肉（にく）や魚（さかな）を扱（あつか）った器具類（きぐるい）はすぐに洗浄（せんじょう）・消毒（しょうどく）
•調理場（ちょうりば）や調理器具（ちょうりきぐ）などはいつも清潔（せいけつ）にする
○細菌（さいきん）をふやさない
•冷蔵（れいぞう）・冷凍（れいとう）など適正（てきせい）な温度（おんど）で保管（ほかん）
•調理後（ちょうりご）は速（すみ）やかに食（た）べる
•残（のこ）った食品（しょくひん）は室温（しつおん）で放置（ほうち）せず、素早（すばや）く冷（ひ）やして低温（ていおん）で保管（ほかん）
○細菌（さいきん）をやっつける
•加熱調理（かねつちょうり）の際（さい）は中心部（ちゅうしんぶ）まで十分（じゅうぶん）に加熱（かねつ）（目安（めやす）は中心部温度（ちゅうしんぶおんど）が７５℃以上（いじょう）、１分間（ぷんかん）以上（いじょう））

Be aware of food poisoning!

Summer is the hottest and most humid season, making it the most likely time for bacterial food poisoning to occur.
"Hiroshima Prefecture Summer Food Poisoning Prevention Period" (June 1st-Sepetember 30th) has started.
Food poisoning occurs not only in restaurants but also in homes, so please take care in handling food to prevent it.

Key points for preventing food poisoning:
● Prevent bacterial contamination
-Thorough handwashing (before cooking, after handling raw meat or fish, after using restrooms, etc.)
-Cook foods that are meant to be eaten raw (such as salads) at first
-Immediately wash and disinfect utensils used to handle raw meat or fish
-Keep kitchens and cooking utensils clean at all times
● Prevent bacterial growth
-Store foods at appropriate temperatures, such as refrigeration or freezing
-Eat food promptly after cooking
-Do not leave leftover food at room temperature; cool it quickly and store it at a low temperature
● Kill bacteria
-When cooking, heat thoroughly to the center (Guideline: core temperature of 75°C or higher for at least 1 minute)

自転車（じてんしゃ）で迷惑（めいわく）な運転（うんてん）や危険（きけん）な運転（うんてん）をすると、反則金（はんそくきん）を支払（しはら）わなければいけなくなりました。

2026年（ねん）４月（がつ）から、16歳（さい）以上（いじょう）の人（ひと）が、自転車（じてんしゃ）で歩行者（ほこうしゃ）や他（ほか）の車両（しゃりょう）にとって危険（きけん）・迷惑（めいわく）になる交通違反（こうつういはん）をすると、反則金（はんそくきん）を支払（しはら）わなければならなくなりました。

防災（ぼうさい）気象（きしょう）情報（じょうほう）について

河川（かせん）氾濫（はんらん）、大雨（おおあめ）、土砂（どしゃ）災害（さいがい）、の情報（じょうほう）は、これまで警戒（けいかい）レベルが複雑（ふくざつ）でわかりにくくなっていましたが、避難（ひなん）情報（じょうほう）の５段階（だんかい）の警戒（けいかい）レベルに対応（たいおう）し、避難（ひなん）するタイミングが分（わ）かりやすくなります。

大雨（おおあめ）警報（けいほう）は、「レベル３大雨（おおあめ）警報（けいほう）」に変更（へんこう）になり、レベルの数字（すうじ）と一緒（いっしょ）に情報（じょうほう）が伝（つた）えられます。
レベル４やレベル３の情報（じょうほう）が発表（はっぴょう）された場合（ばあい）には、キキクルや河川（かせん）の水位（すいい）情報（じょうほう）の情報（じょうほう）を確認（かくにん）して早（はや）めの避難（ひなん）を心（こころ）がけてください。

広島県（ひろしまけん）では、強（つよ）い雨（あめ）や地震（じしん）などのとき、安全（あんぜん）のために必要（ひつよう）な情報（じょうほう）がいろいろな言葉（ことば）のメールで届（とど）きます。

Regarding Disaster Prevention Weather Information

Information about river flooding, heavy rain, and landslide disasters, which has been complicated and difficult to understand until now, will hereafter correspond to a five-level evacuation warning system, making it easier to understand the timing for evacuation.

Heavy rain warnings will be changed to "Level 3 Heavy Rain Warning," and the information will be communicated along with the level number.

If Level 4 or Level 3 information is issued, please check Kikikuru and river water level information and make sure to evacuate early.

In Hiroshima Prefecture, during heavy rain, earthquakes, and other disasters, essential safety information will be sent via email in various languages.
