بدعم من TAIEX (أداة المساعدة الفنية وتبادل المعلومات التابعة للمفوضية الأوروبية ، https://ec.europa.eu/neighbourhood-enlargement/funding-and-technical-assistance/taiex_en) تم تنظيم بعثة خبراء حول التجارة في الخدمات بتاريخ 26 أكتوبر2021 لفائدة المملكة المغربية٠
يعد هذا الحدث الأول من سلسلة بعثات الخبراء التي سيتم تنظيمها في الدول الأعضاء الثلاث الأخرى (مصر والأردن وتونس) وكذلك في الدول في طور الانضمام (فلسطين ولبنان).
تهدف بعثة الخبراء الى مساعدة الدول الأعضاء في تحديد قطاعات الخدمية ذات الأولوية وتوفير بناء القدرات من أجل تمكين الدول الأعضاءمن صياغة عروضها الأولية في هذا المجال.
وألقى كلمة الافتتاح السيد محمد بنجلون ،مدير العلاقات التجارية الدولية في وزارة الصناعة والتجارة بالمملكة المغربية ، ورئيس نقطةالاتصال المغربية لاتفاقية اغادير ([http://www.agadiragreement.org)]http://www.agadiragreement.org)
والسيدة ماتيلدا. سيرافولو، رئيسة قسم التنافسية الاقتصادية والبيئةوالبنية التحتية ، عن بعثة الاتحاد الأوروبي إلى المغرب والسيد يوسف طريفة ، المدير التنفيذي للوحدة الفنية لاتفاقية اغادير.
كما قدم الخبيران الدكتور هاين رولفسيما والدكتور هيلديغون كيفيك نورداس عرضا حول امكانيات التجارة في الخدمات بهدف التنميةالاقتصادية في المغرب. وتمت مشاركة أفضل الممارسات حول التجارة في الخدمات في منظمة التعاون والتنمية في الميدان الاقتصاديوالبنك الدولي ، بشأن جمع البيانات حول تجارة الخدمات والعوائق الاضافة الى مناقشة صعوبة الوصول إلى المعلومات. تم ايضا التركيزعلى التجارة القطاعية في الخدمات للمغرب والقطاعات ذات الميزة النسبية فيما يتعلق بالتجارة الدولية.
ومن الجدير بالذكر ان الدول الأعضاء في أغادير توافقت مؤخرًا على المسودة النهائية لاتفاقية إطارية لتحرير الخدمات ويمثل الحدث خطوة لتعاون الدول الأعضاء في الاتفاقية نحو تحقيق تكامل الإقليمي أشمل

With the support of TAIEX (Technical Assistance and Information Exchange instrument of the European Commission, https://ec.europa.eu/neighbourhood-enlargement/funding-and-technical-assistance/taiex_en) an expert mission on trade in services was organized October 26th, 2021, virtually for the benefit of Morocco.
This event is the first of series of expert missions to be organized in the three other Member States (Egypt, Jordan, Tunisia) as well as in the acceding countries (Palestine and Lebanon).
The objective of the expert mission is to assist the MS in identifying the service sectors of priority and provide capacity building in order to enable member States for drafting their initial offers especially within the Agadir Agreement.
The opening remarks were addressed by Mr. Mohammed Benjelloun, Director of International Trade Relations at the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the Kingdom of Morocco, and head of the Moroccan Focal Point for the Agadir Agreement ([http://www.agadiragreement.org)]www.agadiragreement.org) Ms. Matilde Ceravolo, Head of Section, Economic Competitiveness, Environment and Infrastructure, Delegation of the European Union to Morocco and Mr. Youssef Trifa, Executive Director of the Agadir Technical Unit.
The experts Dr. Hein Roelfsema and Dr. Hildegunn Kyvik Nordås have presented insight as regard to the potential of trade in services for economic development in Morocco. The best practices, from OECD and World Bank cases, on data collection on services trade and restrictions were shared and the difficulty of accessing information discussed. A focus on sectoral trade-in services for Morocco and sectors with comparative advantage as regard to international trade were provided.
The Agadir Member States have recently agreed on the final draft of a framework agreement for liberalization of services and the event represents an important milestone for the Agadir member states cooperation toward a wider regional integration.
