التقى عطوفة المدير العام عبدالفتاح الشلبي، اليوم الأحد، رئيس وأعضاء اللجنة الإدارية المؤقتة لتعاونية العطاء لموظفي ومتقاعدي شركة الفوسفات.
وجرى خلال اللقاء بحضور مدير تعاون عمان م.محمد الطورة، بحث جوانب من آلية وتوجهات اللجنة المؤقتة لإدارة أعمال ونشاطات التعاونية، والتي بدورها استعرضت خطة عملها المستقبلية لضمان إستدامة نشاطها التعاوني، والنهوض بالخدمات التي تقدمها للأعضاء التعاونيين.
وفي هذا الصدد، أكد عطوفة المدير العام أهمية الحفاظ على ما حققته تعاونية العطاء من نجاحاتٍ، والعمل على ضمان حقوق ومكتسبات أعضاء الهيئة العامة من خلال ما تقدمه من خدمات وإدارتها لمشاريع التعاونية.
وقال إن المؤسسة تحرص على متابعة التعاونيات في مختلف محافظات المملكة؛ للوقوف على أنشطتها ومشاريعها الإنتاجية والاقتصادية، بالإضافة إلى تقديم الإرشاد لها، والعمل على تذليل التحديات والمعيقات التي قد تواجهها.

بحث تعزيز الشراكة مع سلطة إقليم البترا ودعم التعاونيات

بحث عطوفة المدير العام عبدالفتاح الشلبي، خلال زيارةٍ إلى لواء البتراء في محافظة معان، أمس الأربعاء، مع رئيس سلطة إقليم البترا التنموي السياحي المهندس عدنان السواعير، أوجه التعاون المشترك بين الجانبين في خدمة القطاع التعاوني والتعاونيات في اللواء.

وأشاد الشلبي بدور سلطة إقليم البترا على الصعيد التنموي في مختلف المجالات، ودعم التعاونيات من خلال تقديم التسهيلات اللازمة لها لإقامة مشاريعها الإنتاجية، وإشراكها في الفعاليات التي تنظمها سلطة الإقليم من بازاراتٍ ومعارض في المدينة الوردية الأثرية.

وأكد في السياق ذاته أهمية تعزيز الشراكة بين الطرفين بما يخدم التعاونيات لتعزيز مساهمتها في عملية التنمية المحلية، وتوفير فرص عملٍ لأبناء المجتمع المحلي وتحسين الواقع المعيشي والمستوى الاقتصادي للأفراد.

وأهدى عطوفة المدير العام إلى رئيس سلطة إقليم البترا، الطابع البريدي التذكاري الذي أصدرته المؤسسة التعاونية بالشراكة مع مؤسسة البريد الأردني بمناسبة السنة الدولية للتعاونيات 2025، إلى جانب درع المؤسسة؛ تقديراً لجهوده في دعم القطاع التعاوني، وتعزيز حضور التعاونيات في الأنشطة والفعاليات التي تقيمها سلطة الإقليم.

واشتملت جولة المدير العام في لواء البتراء بحضور مدير مديرية تعاون معان أحمد الشمري، على زيارة تعاونية عاصمة الأنباط، ولقاء رئيس وأعضاء لجنة الإدارة، حيث استمع إلى شرحٍ موجزٍ عن مشاريعها الإنتاجية والسياحية، وما توفره من فرص عملٍ لأعضائها وأبناء المجتمع المحلي، إضافة إلى إنشاء مصنع خياطةٍ سيوفر ( 100 ) فرصةِ عملٍ لسيدات المجتمع المحلي.

وزار عطوفته (جناح الحياة النبطية) الذي تُقيمهٌ تعاونية عاصمة الأنباط في باحاتِ المدينة الأثرية، مطلعاً على ما يُجسدهُ من مسار تاريخي لطبيعة ونمط حياة المجتمعات في تلك الحقبة الزمنية، وكذلك المقهى التابع لها، والذي يوفر (10) فرص عملٍ منها ( 5 ) لأشخاصٍ من ذوي الإعاقة، فيما تم تخصيص ما نسبتهُ ( 60% ) من دخل المقهى لدعم الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في المجتمع المحلي، وتوزيع جزء من الأرباح السنوية للتعاونية على ( 470 ) شخصاً من ذوي الإعاقة من الأعضاء وغيرهم.

وأشاد المدير العام بما حققته لجنة إدارة تعاونية عاصمة الأنباط من إنجازات متعددة، وإقامتها مشاريع تنموية تخدم أفراد المجتمع المحلي.
فيما تم تكريم رئيس اللجنة عبدالله النوافلة بإهدائه الطابع البريدي التذكاري الذي أصدرته المؤسسة بمناسبة السنة الدولية للتعاونيات 2025، تقديراً لجهود التعاونية ولجنة الإدارة في تعزيز العمل التعاوني وخدمة المجتمع المحلي.

وتخلل الجولة زيارة المدير العام لتعاونية سيدات الأنباط التي تعمل في مجال المشغولات اليدوية والتراثية والمصوغات الفضية، بالإضافة إلى القيام بتدريب (15) فرداً من أبناء المجتمع المحلي منهم (10) سيداتٍ على أعمال الخزف والحرف اليدوية مدفوع الأجر، ملتقياً رئيسة وأعضاء لجنة الإدارة؛ للاستماع إلى موجز حول أنشطتها ومشاريعها والتحديات والمعيقات التي تواجه العمل التعاوني، مثمناً في الوقت ذاته دور التعاونية في الحفاظ على الموروث الثقافي، وتوفير فرص عملٍ لسيدات المجتمع.

Discussing the enhancement of partnership with the Petra Region Authority and support for cooperatives

During a visit to the Petra district in Ma’an Governorate on Wednesday, the Director General, Abdelfattah Al-Shalabi, discussed with the head of the Petra Development and Tourism Region Authority, Engineer Adnan Al-Sawa’ir, aspects of joint cooperation between the two sides in serving the cooperative sector and cooperatives in the district.

Al-Shalabi praised the role of the Petra Region Authority in development in various fields, and its support for cooperatives by providing them with the necessary facilities to establish their production projects, and involving them in the events organized by the region authority, such as bazaars and exhibitions in the ancient rose city.

In the same context, he stressed the importance of strengthening the partnership between the two parties in a way that serves the cooperatives to enhance their contribution to the local development process, provide job opportunities for members of the local community, and improve the living conditions and economic level of individuals.

The Director General presented the President of the Petra Region Authority with the commemorative postage stamp issued by the Jordan Cooperative Corporation in partnership with the Jordan Post Corporation on the occasion of the International Year of Cooperatives 2025, along with the Corporation shield, in appreciation of his efforts in supporting the cooperative sector and enhancing the presence of cooperatives in the activities and events held by the Region Authority.

The Director General tour of the Petra district, in the presence of the Director of the Ma’an Cooperation Directorate, Ahmed Al-Shammari, included a visit to the Capital of the Nabataeans Cooperative, and a meeting with the Chairman and members of the Management Committee, where he listened to a brief explanation of its production and tourism projects, and the job opportunities it provides for its members and the local community, in addition to the establishment of a sewing factory that will provide (100) job opportunities for women of the local community.

His Excellency visited the (Nabataean Life Pavilion) established by the Nabataean Capital Cooperative in the courtyards of the ancient city, learning about what it embodies of a historical path of the nature and lifestyle of societies in that era, as well as its cafe, which provides (10) job opportunities, including (5) for people with disabilities, while (60%) of the cafe’s income was allocated to support people with disabilities in the local community, and a portion of the cooperative’s annual profits was distributed to (470) people with disabilities, both members and others.

The Director General commended the Nabatean Capital Cooperative's management committee for its numerous achievements and its implementation of development projects that benefit the local community.

The committee chairman, Abdullah Al-Nawafleh, was honored with a commemorative postage stamp issued by the jordan cooperative corporation to mark the International Year of Cooperatives 2025, in recognition of the cooperative and its management committee's efforts in promoting cooperative work and serving the local community.

The tour included a visit by the Director General to the Nabatean Women’s Cooperative, which works in the field of handicrafts, heritage and silver jewelry, in addition to training (15) individuals from the local community, including (10) women, on pottery and handicrafts with paid pay, meeting with the head and members of the management committee to listen to a summary about its activities, projects and the challenges and obstacles facing cooperative work, while appreciating the cooperative’s role in preserving the cultural heritage and providing job opportunities for women in the community.

افتتاح دورة تدريبية متخصصة في إدارة العمليات

تحت رعاية عطوفة المدير العام، عقدت المؤسسة التعاونية الأردنية اليوم الثلاثاء، دورة تدريبية متخصصة في إدارة العمليات بالتعاون مع جمعية ريادة الأعمال والابتكار الزراعي، ومنظمة الكسيرا، في معهد التدريب التعاوني.

ويشارك في هذه الدورة عدد من موظفي المؤسسة التعاونية والتعاونيات من مختلف مناطق المملكة، بهدف تعزيز قدراتهم في إدارة العمل اليومي بكفاءة، وتبسيط الإجراءات، وتحسين الأداء المؤسسي بما يسهم في تطوير القطاع التعاوني ودعم دوره التنموي.

وفي كلمة له خلال الافتتاح، أكد عطوفة المدير العام عبدالفتاح الشلبي، أن هذه الدورة تأتي ضمن رؤية المؤسسة في الاستثمار بالعنصر البشري، وتمكين الكوادر العاملة في التعاونيات من اكتساب مهارات حديثة في الإدارة والتنظيم، بما ينعكس إيجابًا على مستوى الخدمات المقدمة للمجتمع المحلي.

من جانبه، أعرب رئيس جمعية ريادة الأعمال والابتكار الزراعي الدكتور عماد العياصرة عن شكره وتقديره للمؤسسة التعاونية الأردنية على دعمها المستمر وإتاحة الفرصة لعقد هذه الدورة، مؤكدًا أن هذا التعاون يعكس حرص المؤسسة على تمكين الجمعيات وتعزيز دورها في خدمة المجتمع المحلي والاقتصاد الوطني.

وأشار إلى أن مثل هذه البرامج التدريبية تمثل خطوة مهمة نحو تطوير العمل التعاوني والابتكار الزراعي، وتفتح المجال أمام المشاركين لاكتساب خبرات جديدة تسهم في رفع مستوى الأداء المؤسسي والمجتمعي.

Opening of a specialized training course in operations management

Under the patronage of the Director General, the Jordan Cooperative Corporation held a specialized training course in operations management on Tuesday, in cooperation with the Agricultural Entrepreneurship and Innovation Association and the Al-Kaseera Organization, at the Cooperative Development Institute.

A number of employees of the Cooperative Corporation and cooperatives from various regions of the Kingdom are participating in this course, with the aim of enhancing their capabilities in managing daily work efficiently, simplifying procedures, and improving institutional performance in a way that contributes to the development of the cooperative sector and supports its developmental role.

In his speech during the opening, His Excellency the Director General, Abdelfattah Al-Shalabi, confirmed that this course comes within the organization’s vision of investing in the human element and enabling the cadres working in cooperatives to acquire modern skills in management and organization, which will reflect positively on the level of services provided to the local community.

For his part, Dr. Imad Al-Ayasrah, President of the Agricultural Entrepreneurship and Innovation Association, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Jordanian Cooperative Corporation for its continued support and for providing the opportunity to hold this course, stressing that this cooperation reflects the Corporation’s keenness to empower associations and enhance their role in serving the local community and the national economy.

He pointed out that such training programs represent an important step towards developing cooperative work and agricultural innovation, and open the way for participants to gain new experiences that contribute to raising the level of institutional and community performance.

ورشة تثقيفية لموظفي المؤسسة حول الأمن السيبراني

مندوباً عن عطوفة المدير العام، افتتح مدير إدارة الشؤون الفنية بالوكالة الدكتور عبدالحميد الخرابشة، أمس الأحد، ورشة تثقيفية بعنوان (الأمن السيبراني)، والتي تعقدها المؤسسة التعاونية الأردنية بالشراكة مع المركز الوطني للأمن السيبراني على مدى يومين، وذلك بهدف رفع الوعي لدى موظفي المؤسسة بأهمية الأمن السيبراني، وتعريفهم بالمفاهيم المرتبطة به وعناصره، وكيفية الاستفادة منه في حماية البيانات واتخاذ الإجراءات الوقائية منعاً لأي اختراقاتٍ إلكترونية.

وقال الخرابشة إن الأمن السيبراني من الأهمية والضرورة في تعزيز الممارسات الآمنةِ بين الموظفين عند التعامل مع البيانات وضمان أمن المعلومات في المؤسسات والمنشآت، موضحاً أن الأمن السيبراني بشموليته مسؤولية مشتركة من جميع موظفي المؤسسة.

وأضاف أن الورشة تأتي في سياق رفع مستوى الوعي للمشاركين فيها حول الأمن السيبراني، والتعرف على طرق الوقاية من الهجمات والاختراقات الإلكترونية، مؤكداً في الوقت ذاته أهمية الاستثمار في العنصر البشري وتطوير قدراته في هذا المجال.

من جهتها، قدمت المهندسة بشرى الطراونة من المركز الوطني للأمن السيبراني، محاضرةً حول مفهوم الأمن السيبراني، مستعرضةً أهميته في حماية الأجهزة والشبكات والبيانات والبرمجيات من الهجمات والاختراقات والتهديدات الرقمية.

وأشارت إلى أن عناصر الأمن السيبراني الثلاثة تتمثل في السرية بالشكل الذي يضمن منع الوصول غير المصرح للبيانات والشبكات، والسلامة من خلال ضمان دقة وصحة البيانات ومنع التلاعب بها أو تعديلها، إضافةً إلى توافر البيانات عند الحاجة لها دون حدوث أي انقطاع.

وتخلل الورشة، طرح المشاركين للعديد من الاستفسارات المتعلقة بمفهوم الأمن السيبراني وجوانبه المتشعبة، فيما أجابت عليها المهندسة الطراونة بشكلٍ موسعٍ مع الإشارة إلى تطبيقات عملية.

Cybersecurity training workshop for the jordan cooperative corporation employees

On behalf of the Director General, the Acting Director of the Technical Affairs Department, Dr. Abdelhameed Al-Kharabsheh, inaugurated yesterday, Sunday, an educational workshop entitled (Cybersecurity), which is being held by the Jordanian Cooperative Corporation in partnership with the National Cybersecurity Center over two days, with the aim of raising awareness among the Corporation’s employees about the importance of cybersecurity, introducing them to the concepts related to it and its elements, and how to benefit from it in protecting data and taking preventive measures to prevent any electronic breaches.

Al-Kharabsheh said that cybersecurity is of great importance and necessity in promoting safe practices among employees when dealing with data and ensuring information security in institutions and establishments, explaining that cybersecurity in its entirety is a shared responsibility of all employees of the jordan cooperative corporation.

He added that the workshop comes in the context of raising awareness among its participants about cybersecurity, and learning about ways to prevent cyberattacks and intrusions, while emphasizing the importance of investing in human capital and developing its capabilities in this field.

For her part, Engineer Bushra Al-Tarawneh from the National Cyber ​​Security Center gave a lecture on the concept of cyber security, reviewing its importance in protecting devices, networks, data and software from attacks, intrusions and digital threats.

She pointed out that the three elements of cybersecurity are confidentiality in a way that ensures preventing unauthorized access to data and networks, integrity by ensuring the accuracy and validity of data and preventing its manipulation or modification, in addition to the availability of data when needed without any interruption.

During the workshop, participants raised several inquiries related to the concept of cybersecurity and its various aspects, which Engineer Tarawneh answered extensively, with reference to practical applications.

مذكرة تعاون بين "التعاونية الأردنية" و"حبيبي الإيطالية" لتبادل الخبرات والتدريب

وقعت المؤسسة التعاونية الأردنية، اليوم الأحد، مذكرة تعاون مع جمعية "حبيبي فالتيبيرينا" الإيطالية، والتي لها فرع في الأردن؛ لتعزيز أطر التعاون المشترك وتبادل الخبرات والكفاءات في مجالات التدريب والتعليم والتأهيل ودعم التعاونيات، بما يخدم الأهداف والغايات المشتركة بين الجانبين.

وتهدف مذكرة التعاون التي وقعها مدير عام المؤسسة عبدالفتاح الشلبي، والمدير الإقليمي للجمعية "ماريو كورنيولي"، إلى وضع إطار عام للتعاون بين الطرفين من خلال تبادل الخبرات والخدمات التدريبية والتمكينية من قبل أصحاب الخبرة والكفاءات، بالشكل الذي يعزز من كفاءة أعضاء القطاع التعاوني، ويسهم في نشر الثقافة التعاونية، والمساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.

وحسب المذكرة، اتفق الجانبان على تبادل الخبرات العلمية والمعرفية التي تخدم القطاع التعاوني، وإعداد وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية وورش عمل وأنشطة في مجال العمل التعاوني والتنمية المستدامة والتمكين الاجتماعي والاقتصادي، إضافة إلى تعزيز التعاون الدولي من خلال التشبيك مع الجهات المحلية والدولية التي تخدم التعاونيات بشكل يسهم في تمكينها ودعمها.

بدوره، أكد الشلبي أهمية تأطير الشراكة وتعزيز التعاون مع جمعية حبيبي الايطالية على صعيد تدريب كوادر المؤسسة وتمكين التعاونيات، مشيراً إلى أن مذكرة التعاون هذه تُسهم في تشبيك العلاقات بين الجانبين بما يخدم القطاع التعاوني الأردني.

وقال إن توقيع المذكرة يصبُ في خدمة أهداف المؤسسة في مجالات التطوير والتحديث ، وتحديداً معهد التدريب التعاوني الذي أنشئ بموجب قانون التعاونيات لسنة 2025، لتعزيز وبناء قدرات موظفي المؤسسة والأعضاء التعاونيين.

من جانبه، رحب "كورنيولي" بالشراكة مع المؤسسة التعاونية الأردنية من خلال توقيع مذكرة التعاون لتعزيز العمل المشترك بين الجانبين وبالصورة التي تحقق الأهداف المرجوة منها، موضحاً أننا نسعى إلى المساهمة في تدريب وتمكين التعاونيات بالأردن عبر نقل المعرفة وعرض التجربة الإيطالية في العمل التعاوني.

Memorandum of Cooperation between "Jordan Cooperative" and "Habibi Italy" for the exchange of expertise and training

The Jordan Cooperative Corporation signed a memorandum of cooperation on Sunday with the Italian association “Habibi Valtipirina”, which has a branch in Jordan, to enhance frameworks for joint cooperation and exchange experiences and competencies in the fields of training, education, qualification and support for cooperatives, in order to serve the common goals and objectives between the two sides.

The memorandum of cooperation signed by the Director General of the Foundation, Abdelfattah Al-Shalabi, and the Regional Director of the Association, Mario Cornioli, aims to establish a general framework for cooperation between the two parties through the exchange of experiences and training and empowerment services by experienced and competent individuals, in a way that enhances the efficiency of members of the cooperative sector, contributes to spreading the cooperative culture, and contributes to achieving sustainable development.

According to the memorandum, the two sides agreed to exchange scientific and knowledge-based experiences that serve the cooperative sector, and to prepare and implement training programs, workshops and activities in the field of cooperative work, sustainable development and social and economic empowerment, in addition to enhancing international cooperation through networking with local and international bodies that serve cooperatives in a way that contributes to empowering and supporting them.

For his part, Al-Shalabi stressed the importance of framing the partnership and enhancing cooperation with the Italian Habibi Association in terms of training the jordan cooperative corporation staff and empowering cooperatives, noting that this memorandum of cooperation contributes to networking relations between the two sides in a way that serves the Jordanian cooperative sector.

He said that signing the memorandum serves the institution’s goals in the areas of development and modernization, specifically the Cooperative Development Institute, which was established under the Cooperatives Law of 2025, to enhance and build the capabilities of the jordan cooperative corporation employees and cooperative members.

For his part, Corneoli welcomed the partnership with the Jordanian Cooperative Corporation through the signing of the memorandum of cooperation to enhance joint work between the two sides in a way that achieves the desired goals, explaining that we seek to contribute to training and empowering cooperatives in Jordan by transferring knowledge and presenting the Italian experience in cooperative work.

بحث عطوفة المدير العام عبدالفتاح الشلبي اليوم الأحد، مع رئيس مجلس إدارة تعاونية مزارعي الأسمدة الهندية (IFFCO)، والتي تًعد أكبر تعاونية للمزارعين في العالم، رئيس الاتحاد التعاوني الوطني الهندي السيد "ديليب سانغالي"، أوجه التعاون بين الجانبين، وتعزيز الشراكات بالشكل الذي يخدم المصالح والأهداف المشتركة على صعيد العمل التعاوني.

واتفق الطرفان خلال الاجتماع الذي عقد عبر تقنية الاتصال المرئي (ZOOM)، على توحيد الجهود في انتخابات مجلس إدارة التحالف التعاوني الدولي (ICA) المزمع عقدها في جمهورية بنما الشهر المقبل، مؤكدين على أهمية ذلك في تعزيز حضور وتمثيل التعاونيات في منطقة آسيا والمحيط الهادئ ضمن هذا المحفل العالمي.

On Sunday, His Excellency the Director General, Abdelfattah Al-Shalabi, discussed with the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Indian Fertiliser Farmers Cooperative (IFFCO), which is the largest farmers' cooperative in the world, and the President of the Indian National Cooperative Union, Mr. Dilip Sangalli, aspects of cooperation between the two sides, and strengthening partnerships in a way that serves common interests and goals in the field of cooperative work.

During the meeting, which was held via video conference (ZOOM), the two parties agreed to unify efforts in the elections for the Board of Directors of the International Cooperative Alliance (ICA), scheduled to be held in the Republic of Panama next month, stressing the importance of this in enhancing the presence and representation of cooperatives in the Asia-Pacific region within this global forum.

المدير العام يتفقد مشاريع تعاونيات في الأزرق

قام عطوفة المدير العام عبدالفتاح الشلبي بزيارة ميدانية، أمس الأربعاء لعدد من التعاونيات في قضاء الأزرق بمحافظة الزرقاء، لمتابعة واقع التعاونيات في مختلف مناطق المملكة، والوقوف على إنجازاتها والتحديات التي تواجهها، بما يسهم في تعزيز دورها التنموي والاقتصادي.

وخلال الجولة التي شملت تعاونيات (نشميات البادية الشرقية، وسيدات الأزرق المنتجة، والأزرق الجنوبي الزراعية)، اطلع عطوفته، بحضور مدير تعاون الزرقاء م.علاء الديري، على أبرز مشاريع تلك التعاونيات، والفرص التي توفرها، ملتقياً في الوقت نفسه رؤساء وأعضاء لجان الإدارة للاستماع إلى شرح عن مشاريعها الإنتاجية والخدمية والزراعية.

وتنفذ تعاونية نشميات البادية الشرقية عدداً من المبادرات التعليمية والاجتماعية، منها مدرسة تقدم الخدمات والنشاطات والدعم للطلبة الأردنيين والسوريين، إضافة إلى رياض أطفال، ونادٍ صيفي للطلبة، وافتتاحها فرعاً لمكتبة عبد الحميد شومان لخدمة المجتمع المحلي.

كما تنفذ مشروعاً لزراعة البرسيم بدعم من لجنة متابعة تنفيذ مبادرات جلالة الملك عبدالله الثاني، بهدف تفعيل دور القطاع التعاوني في العملية التنموية، وخاصة في مناطق البادية الأردنية.

كما نفذت مشروعاً لتعليم اللغة الإنجليزية بالتعاون مع السفارة الأمريكية، وتوفر مشاريع تعاونية نشميات البادية الشرقية نحو ( 36 ) فرصة عمل لأبناء المنطقة.

أما تعاونية سيدات الأزرق المنتجة، فتمتلك مصنعاً للألبان ينتج الألبان والأجبان والمخللات، ويعمل على تجفيف الفواكه والخضروات.
ويأتي تنفيذ مشروع مصنع الألبان بدعم من لجنة متابعة تنفيذ مبادرات جلالة الملك عبدالله الثاني.

ومن المتوقع أن يوفر المصنع عند تشغيله ما بين (10 - 15) فرصة عملٍ جديدة. كما وتدير التعاونية روضة أطفال توفر ( 4 ) فرص عمل، إضافة إلى محفظتين إقراضيتين لدعم المشاريع الزراعية بقيمة ( 80 ) ألف دينار، ومحفظة لدعم مشاريع الطاقة المتجددة بقيمة ( 4 ) آلاف دينار، بما يعزز من قدرة النساء والشباب على إطلاق مشاريع إنتاجية مستدامة.

وفي سياق الزيارة، التقى عطوفة المدير العام، رئيس لجنة بلدية الأزرق الدكتور خالد البلوي، حيث جرى بحث آليات فتح قنوات التواصل المباشر مع التعاونيات، والوقوف على أبرز احتياجاتها، بما يضمن تعزيز التكامل بين الجهود البلدية والتعاونية بالشكل الذي يحقق قيمة مضافة للمجتمع المحلي.
وأكد أن المؤسسة التعاونية الأردنية ستواصل دعم التعاونيات في مختلف مناطق المملكة، وستعمل على تطوير هذا القطاع الحيوي بما ينسجم مع الرؤية الوطنية في تعزيز الاقتصاد المجتمعي وتحقيق التنمية الشاملة، مشدداً على أن التعاونيات في الأزرق تمثل نموذجاً حياً للعمل الجماعي الذي يترجم قيم المشاركة والتنمية.

The Director General inspects cooperatives projects in Azraq

His Excellency the Director General, Abdelfattah Al-Shalabi, conducted a field visit yesterday, Wednesday, to a number of cooperatives in the Al-Azraq district of Zarqa Governorate, to follow up on the reality of cooperatives in various regions of the Kingdom, and to review their achievements and the challenges they face, in order to contribute to strengthening their developmental and economic role.

During the tour, which included the cooperatives of (Eastern Badia Women, Productive Azraq Women, and Southern Azraq Agricultural), His Excellency, in the presence of the Director of Zarqa Cooperative, Eng. Alaa Al-Deiri, was briefed on the most prominent projects of these cooperatives and the opportunities they provide, while at the same time meeting with the heads and members of the management committees to listen to an explanation of their productive, service and agricultural projects.

The Eastern Badia Women’s Cooperative implements a number of educational and social initiatives, including a school that provides services, activities and support to Jordanian and Syrian students, in addition to kindergartens, a summer club for students, and the opening of a branch of the Abdul Hameed Shoman Library to serve the local community.

It also implements an Clover cultivation project supported by the Follow-Up Committee for the Implementation of His Majesty King Abdullah II's Initiatives, with the goal of activating the cooperative sector's role in the development process, particularly in the Jordanian Badia regions.

It also implemented an English language teaching project in cooperation with the American Embassy, ​​and the Nashmiyat Al-Badia Al-Sharqiya cooperative projects provide about (36) job opportunities for the people of the region.

The Azraq Women's Productive Cooperative owns a dairy factory that produces milk, cheese, and pickles, and also dries fruits and vegetables.

The dairy factory project was implemented with the support of the King Abdullah II Initiatives Follow-up Committee.

The factory is expected to create between 10 and 15 new jobs once operational. The cooperative also operates a kindergarten providing four jobs, in addition to two loan portfolios supporting agricultural projects worth 80,000 dinars, and a portfolio supporting renewable energy projects worth 4,000 dinars, thus empowering women and youth to launch sustainable production projects.

During the visit, the Director General met with Dr. Khaled Al-Balawi, Head of the Azraq Municipal Committee, to discuss mechanisms for establishing direct communication channels with cooperatives and to identify their most pressing needs. This aims to enhance integration between municipal and cooperative efforts in a way that delivers added value to the local community.

He affirmed that the Jordan Cooperative Corporation will continue to support cooperatives throughout the Kingdom and will work to develop this vital sector in line with the national vision of strengthening the community economy and achieving comprehensive development. He emphasized that the cooperatives in Azraq represent a living example of collective action that embodies the values ​​of participation and development.
