إصدار الدليل الإرشادي لإسترداد الأصول وأفضل الممارسات
أصدرت مجموعة العمل المالي (FATF) في باريس يوم 4 نوفمبر 2025 دليلاً شاملاً لإسترداد الأصول وأفضل الممارسات لتعزيز الجهود العالمية في مصادرة الأصول الإجرامية.
حيث يغطي الدليل مواضيع رئيسية تتمحور حول التحقيقات المالية المتطورة وتأمين الأصول بسرعة وحمايتها من الضياع والتبدد وإلى حماية الحقوق وتعويض الضحايا بالأموال المستردة ويشتمل الدليل على أكثر من 85 حالة عملية من واقع الممارسات الدولية وأساليب استرداد الأصول ساهم بها خبراء من شبكة مجموعة العمل المالي العالمية، وتغطي جميع مراحل العملية التحقيقية والقانونية.
كما يساعد الدليل المكون من ثمانية فصول الدول ممثلة بصانعي السياسات وجهات إنفاذ القانون وغيرهم على تطبيق التعديلات الرئيسية على توصيات مجموعة العمل المالي في عام 2023، والتي توفر أداة أكثر قوة لاسترداد العائدات غير المشروعة والشراكة في مكافحة غسل الأموال والجرائم الخطيرة الأخرى عالميًا.

The Release of the Asset Recovery Guidance and Best Practices
The Financial Action Task Force (FATF) released a comprehensive Asset Recovery Guidance and Best Practices in Paris on 4th. Nov. 2025 to enhance global efforts in confiscating criminal assets.
The guidance covers key topics centered on advanced financial investigations, the rapid securing of assets and protecting them from dissipation or loss, protecting rights, and compensating victims with recovered funds. It includes more than 85 real-world case studies drawn from international practices and asset recovery techniques contributed by experts from the FATF Global Network, covering all stages of the investigative and legal process.
The eight-chapter guidance also assists countries—represented by policymakers, law enforcement agencies, and others—in implementing the major revisions to FATF Recommendations in 2023, which provide a more robust tool for recovering illicit proceeds and partnering in the global money laundering and other serious crimes.
