نحتفل اليوم بتخريج 124 مشاركاً ومشاركة بعد رحلة تدريبية مكثفة امتدت لثلاثة أشهر في برنامج التدريب في مكان العمل احد برامج جمعية المهارات الرقمية ضمن مشروع الشباب والتكنولوجيا والوظائف لدى وزارة الاقتصاد الرقمي والريادة وتم تنفيذ التدريب من قبل شركة صندوق المرأة من خلال أكاديميتها، جمعت بين المعرفة النظرية والتطبيق العملي، وشملت مشاريع واقعية، وجلسات إرشاد مهني، وتقييمات مستمرة، بهدف إعداد كفاءات رقمية مؤهلة لسوق العمل.

نفخر بتخريج:
- 74 خريجاً وخريجة ضمن مسار التمكين الرقمي والتوظيف.
- 50 موظفاً وموظفة ضمن مسار التقدم المهني.

From Education to Employment

The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), in cooperation with the DigiSkills Association, the Higher Education Alliance (HEA), and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), and sponsored by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship and the Youth, Technology and Jobs Project (YTJ), organized a panel discussion on ways to develop internship and vocational training programs for Jordanian youth and refugees.

The discussion brought together leaders from the public and private sectors, academia, and development organizations to explore practical internship and apprenticeship models that respond to labor market needs, empower young talent, and support inclusive economic growth.

As Jordan continues to advance its Economic Modernization Vision, collaboration remains key to creating sustainable pathways that equip youth with the skills, experience, and opportunities needed to thrive in the future workforce.

من التعلّم إلى الفرص الاقتصادية نظّمت المفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين، بالتعاون مع جمعية المهارات الرقمية (DigiSkills Association)، وتحالف التعليم العالي (HEA)، ومنظمة الأمم المتحدة للتربية والعلم والثقافة (اليونسكو)، وبرعاية من وزارة الاقتصاد الرقمي والريادة ومشروع الشباب والتكنولوجيا والوظائف (YTJ)، جلسة نقاشية حول سبل تطوير برامج التدريب العملي والتدريب المهني للشباب الأردني واللاجئين.

وجمعت الفعالية ممثلين عن القطاعين العام والخاص، والمؤسسات الأكاديمية، والشركاء التنمويين لمناقشة سبل تطوير مسارات فعّالة للتدريب العملي والتدريب المهني، بما يسهم في تعزيز الانتقال من التعليم إلى سوق العمل، ومواءمة المهارات مع احتياجات القطاعات الاقتصادية المختلفة.

وفي ظل مواصلة الأردن تنفيذ مستهدفات رؤية التحديث الاقتصادي، تبرز أهمية التعاون بين مختلف الشركاء في بناء مسارات مستدامة تزوّد الشباب بالمهارات والخبرات والفرص التي تؤهلهم للمنافسة والنجاح في سوق العمل المستقبلي.

Just weeks ago, 25 outstanding Jordanian students embarked on a life-changing journey to Canada through the Globalink Research Internship. Today, they are conducting research alongside leading professors and researchers at Canadian universities, gaining valuable academic and professional experience that will shape their future careers.

Now, the door will be opening for the next cohort.

🎓 Applications for the 2027 Globalink Research Internship, brought to you by the Youth, Technology, and Jobs Project and the Government of Canada, will open in early August 2026.

This 12-week research program offers senior undergraduate students the opportunity to work at top Canadian universities while expanding their knowledge, skills, and global networks.

Selected students will receive:
- Round-trip airfare to Canada
- Housing and living stipend
- Support from student mentors
- Access to industry events and professional development

A major step forward for Work-Integrated Learning in Jordan. 🇯🇴🚀

Last week, the Youth, Technology and Jobs (YTJ) Project at MoDEE and DigiSkills officially kicked off the Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Readiness Assessment in collaboration with the University of Waterloo's Work-Learn Institute — a structured initiative to assess and strengthen work-integrated learning across Jordan's education and training landscape.

The kick-off session brought together government entities, private sector representatives, and universities to begin a nationally significant initiative aimed at strengthening the connection between education and employment in Jordan.

Building on the findings of DigiSkills’ Digital Skills Supply and Demand Gap Analysis — which highlighted work-readiness as a key challenge within Jordan’s digital talent pipeline — this assessment will help evaluate and enhance the readiness of institutions to implement effective work-integrated learning models.

This assessment is being conducted in close coordination with AQAC and aligns with Jordan Source’s vision of positioning Jordan as a leading hub for world-class digital talent.

يسرّنا أن نحتفل اليوم بمجموعة مميزة من الطلبة الذين تم قبولهم ضمن برنامج Mitacs Globalink Research Internship، من خلال مشروع الشباب والتكنولوجيا والوظائف، حيث تم اختيار 29 طالبًا وطالبة من مختلف الجامعات الأردنية لخوض تجربة بحثية غنية في كندا، تمكّنهم من تطوير مهاراتهم والمساهمة في مجالات الابتكار والبحث العلمي.

وقد جاء قبولهم بعد منافسة قوية مع طلبة من جامعات حول العالم، حيث تم اختيارهم من قبل مؤسسات البحث العلمي في كندا بناءً على كفاءتهم وتميّزهم وقدرتهم على المنافسة عالميًا.

جمعنا هذا اللقاء لنشاركهم لحظة فخر مستحقة، ونؤكد دعمنا المستمر لتمكين الكفاءات الأردنية وفتح آفاق عالمية أمامهم.

We are proud to celebrate an outstanding group of students who have been selected for the Mitacs Globalink Research Internship, through the Youth, Technology, and Jobs Project. A total of 29 students from various Jordanian universities will embark on a valuable research experience in Canada, enhancing their skills and contributing to innovation and scientific research.

Their acceptance comes after a highly competitive selection process among students from universities around the world. They were chosen by research institutions in Canada based on their excellence, capabilities, and global competitiveness.

في خطوة تعكس أهمية تمثيل الخبرات الوطنية الفاعلة في مسارات تطوير القطاع العام، نبارك لرئيس مجلس إدارة جمعية المهارات الرقمية الدكتور علاء نشيوات اختياره عضواً في مجلس أمناء الأكاديمية الأردنية للإدارة الحكومية بقرار من مجلس الوزراء.

ويأتي هذا الاختيار تقديراً للدور الذي تضطلع به جمعية المهارات الرقمية في قيادة الجهود الوطنية لتطوير منظومة المهارات الرقمية، وتعزيز مواءمة مخرجات التعليم والتدريب مع احتياجات سوق العمل، من خلال شراكات فاعلة مع القطاعين العام والخاص.

إن تمثيل الجمعية في هذا المحفل الوطني يجسد امتداداً طبيعياً لدورها كمظلة تجمع مختلف الأطراف المعنية لبناء كفاءات وطنية قادرة على دعم مسيرة التحديث والتنافسية في الأردن

تواصل جمعية المهارات الرقمية ترسيخ دورها كمنصة وطنية توحّد جهود الجهات التعليمية والتشغيلية والحكومية لتطوير منظومة المهارات الرقمية في الأردن.

وبهذه المناسبة، نتقدّم بالتهنئة لأعضاء مجلس الإدارة المنتخبين للدورة 2026–2028، متطلعين إلى مرحلة جديدة من العمل المشترك لتعزيز أثر الجمعية، وتمثيل القطاع، ودفع مسيرة تنمية المهارات الرقمية بما يواكب أولويات التحديث الاقتصادي.
