الاحتفاء ببناء القدرات في قطاع التدريب المهني 🎓
احتفلت الوكالة البلجيكية للتعاون الدولي في الأردن، بتخريج 50 مدرباً/ة ضمن برنامج تدريب المدربين (ToT) المنفذ تحت مظلة برنامج التوظيف وسبل العيش (ELP)والممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي. حيث نُفذ التدريب من قبل منظمة شركاء للأفضل، بالتعاون مع كلية لومينوس الجامعية، وبالشراكة مع مؤسسة التدريب المهني-الاردن .
واحتفى حفل التخريج باستكمال المرحلة الثانية من البرنامج، والتي شملت تخريج 29 مدرباً/ة في تخصصي التجميل والتعبئة والتغليف، استكمالاً لمرحلة سابقة جرى خلالها تدريب 21 مدرباً/ة في صيانة السيارات الكهربائية والهجينة، ليصل إجمالي عدد المستفيدين/ات إلى 50 مدرباً من كوادر مؤسسة التدريب المهني.
ويهدف هذا البرنامج إلى تعزيز الكفاءات الفنية والتدريبية للمدربين/ات، وضمان جودة أعلى لمخرجات التدريب المهني، دعماً لتنمية المهارات الشاملة والمستجيبة لاحتياجات سوق العمل، وبما يخدم الشباب والنساء واللاجئين في الأردن.

🎓Celebrating Capacity Building in Vocational Training
Enabel in Jordan celebrated the graduation of 50 trainers as part of the Train of Trainers program. This initiative was executed under the Employment and Livelihoods Program (ELP), funded by the European Union. The training was implemented by the Partners for Good, in partnership with Luminus Technical University College and in cooperation with the Vocational Training Corporation (VTC).
The ceremony marked the completion of the program's second phase, which included the graduation of 29 trainers in the fields of Cosmetology and Packaging. This follows a previous phase in which 21 trainers were trained in Electric and Hybrid Vehicle Maintenance, bringing the total number of beneficiaries to 50 trainers from the VTC staff.
This program aims to enhance the technical and instructional competencies of trainers and ensure higher quality vocational training outcomes. By doing so, it supports the development of comprehensive skills that respond to labor market needs, ultimately serving youth, women, and refugees in Jordan.
