"Be an exceptional parent: Stay connected" is the theme for Parents Month. The Troy Primary School honoured the wonderful parents of the children attending the school. Today was an awesome day! i hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. A BIG thanks to the presenters, Mr Clive Warren who entertained and motivated the group; Mr Richard Mollison from TIP Friendly Society who encouraged the parents to secure insurance for their children; Mrs Reeves and her team from the PATH programme and our guest speaker, Mr Wayne Wallace who took us on an exceptional journey of life lessons. Most of all, a BiG thank you to the parents who took time our of their schedules to spend the entire day with us. Blessings always.

Careers Day 2016 at the Troy Primary School was awesome!. The students were exposed to the security forces (Big up Warsop Police Station!), the world of engineering (Big up Mr Carl Sharpe!), military drills (Big up Troy High School Cadet Corps!), the culinary world (Big up Beavers Restaurant!), the airline industry (Big up Mr Leston Williams)...hope we are not forgetting anyone. Hello everyone, please stay tuned to this page for Fundraising activities being done to facilitate the refurbishing of the Troy Primary School. This includes:
• Asphalting of school grounds
• Refurbishing of the Cottage
• Re-opening of Library
• Internet at the school
• Computers and furnishing of a computer lab

We started by hosting a Fish Fry on Troy Square to kickstart the activities, which the proceeds will be directed towards the fundraising activities scheduled for the year.

Please stay tuned for more events to come.
