Bringing over two decades of global international trade and development experience, Miss Powell’s career spans pivotal work with the World Bank, IDB, USAID, and the Commonwealth Secretariat. She holds an LLM in International Trade Law and an MSc in International Trade Policy, driving trade facilitation, agreement negotiations, and sustainable economic growth frameworks.

INDUSTRY CONNECT SERIES - FosRich Company Limited

On Wednesday, July 15, 2026, Executive Director (Acting) Tara Marie Rose and members of the ADSC team met with the team at FosRich Company Limited as part of the ADSC’s INDUSTRY CONNECT series.

Through INDUSTRY CONNECT, the ADSC is strengthening its engagement with Jamaican businesses by raising awareness of its mandate, sharing key services, and fostering meaningful dialogue across the productive sector.

These site visits and discussions deepen the Commission’s understanding of local industry conditions, helping to ensure fair competition and defend Jamaican producers from unfair trade practices.
