The Ministry of National Security and Peace is taking the LIV GUD Anti-Violence Campaign messaqe into markets islandwide, celebrating the vendors, shoppers and community members who lead with respect, strenathen their communities and show that 'Argument Nuh Mek Monev' and 'Respect Sell Faster than Ouarrel'.
From the conversations between vendors and customers to the everyday hustle that keeps us moving, our markets are more than places to buy and sell, they are spaces where communities connect and relationships are built.

The Ministry of Local Government and Community Development, in collaboration with the Social Development Commission (SDC), proudly recognized 56 beneficiary churches in Hanover, which received a combined J$8,495,000 in support.

This initiative reaffirms the Government's commitment to strengthening faith-based institutions that serve as critical community shelters, coordination hubs, and centers of social support during times of crisis and emergency.
