Fletchers Land Management Benevolent Society The Fletchers Land Management Benevolent Society is a registered organisation under the Friendly Society Act of 1966, in Kingston, Jamaica West Indies.

The Fletchers Land Managment Benevolent Society (FLMBS) main aim and objective is to act on behalf of residents in Fletchers Land on Social, Economic and Cultural development by lobbying with government and non-government organisations. The vision of the FLMBS is "To sustain the socio- economic and cultural preservation of the Fletchers Land community, enabling it to be among the places of choice

to live, work, raise families and do business". It operates as an umbrella organisation that provides support to the Fletchers Land Sports Culture Committee, Fletchers Land Parenting Association, Fletchers Land Police Youth Club and Fletchers Land Senior Citizen Club. Currently the organisations membership spans the community residents across its lanes and streets, and total 61 residents.
