🌟 Why Academic Integrity Matters

Academic integrity is more than just “don’t plagiarize.” It’s about being honest, respecting other people’s ideas, and taking pride in your own work.

When you complete assignments yourself and properly credit your sources, you’re doing more than following rules — you’re strengthening your critical thinking skills and building your academic confidence. You’re also helping to maintain trust within the academic community.

Did you know? A study by the International Center for Academic Integrity found that about 68% of undergraduate students admitted to some form of cheating on written assignments or tests.

This shows why conversations about plagiarism and academic integrity are so important. With the right guidance and support, students can develop good research habits, cite correctly, and feel confident in the work they submit.

Integrity isn’t just about grades — it’s about character.

ACMF Scholarships

Eligibility: New and returning undergraduate students
Value: Full tuition for one academic year
Deadline: April 30, 2026
Requirements include:
• Caribbean national status
• Academic transcript
• Educational qualifications
• Two letters of recommendation
• 250-word essay outlining goals, suitability, and financial need
• Passport-size photograph

ACMF Fern Khan Grants

Eligibility: Returning undergraduate students
Value: US$750 – US$1,500
Deadline: April 30, 2026
Requirements:
• Good academic standing
• Demonstrated financial need
• Caribbean national status

Applications must be submitted online at:
https://www.acmfdn.org/scholarships/

Students are strongly encouraged to apply early and ensure that all required documents are submitted before the deadline.
