EMERGENCY NOTICE — HURRICANE MELISSA
The Revolutionary Black Panther Party – Jamaica Chapter 🇯🇲, is actively serving as the official Hurricane Relief & Family-Locating Center for Jamaica.
We are on the ground at the Caribbean Regional Headquarters in Kingston, Jamaica, mobilizing to:
✅ Provide real-time updates and verified information across the island
✅ Help locate missing family and loved ones after the storm
✅ Collect and distribute critical relief supplies to affected communities, scouting, clearing roadways and rescue operations on a local level.
🌧️ CURRENT UPDATE
"Hurricane Melissa" or other nefarious dynamics, have caused heavy flooding and mudslides across parts of Jamaica — and large-scale destruction in the West, primarily by flooding to the rooftops.
The main impacts are flooding, power outages, and communication disruptions.
⚠️ Please remain alert and cautious of fake news and false reports, especially by any affiliated directly or indirectly with the UK or US government operations .
So far there are no large death toll in Jamaica — contrary to misleading social media claims.
Kingston has experienced minimal harm, and across the island there are few or no confirmed fatalities, roughly less than a dozen, though this can change.
Jamaica’s people are resilient and water-wise — but help is still urgently needed.
🇯🇲 THE PEOPLE OF JAMAICA — 5 POINTS FOR SUPPORT

1️⃣ No U.S., British, or any foreign government occupation of Jamaica — this includes their intelligence agencies and contractors. Jamaica’s sovereignty and self-determination are non-negotiable.
2️⃣ Hands off Jamaica’s natural resources. No digging for oil, minerals, bauxite or any resource exploitation under the guise of “aid.”
3️⃣ No imposters, informants, or agents representing U.S. or British military or intelligence, or former or current spies, agents, soldiers etc.
We the people of Jamaica, reject infiltration from the CIA, MI5, MI6, U.S. military, or any military contractors, or mercenaries disguised as humanitarians, or anyone historically tied to these systems — even if they claim Jamaican roots.
4️⃣ All rescue and aid operations must be led or supervised by trusted community representatives who we will deputize as "scouts". No outside control or unverified “mission” teams operating independently of Jamaica’s people, and its community leadership.
5️⃣ Acceptable supplies and resources include:
Water, crackers (biscuits), bread, canned goods, peanut butter, jelly, cooking oil, rice, beans, cereal, baby formula, clothes, shoes, solar chargers, and other essentials for survival and rebuilding.
