Maroon for a Moment at Yankunku Prandes Tour: Experience the best of traditional and contemporary Maroon culture and legacies at Charles Town, the vibrant community known as the haunt of Quao, Maroon leader and hero. Learn about Maroon politics, treaties and heroes in our museum. See and touch artefacts which has been preserved from the days of slavery, and compare them with the things we now use. Join us in Asafu Yard, where we express our culture through song, drumming and dancing. Tour duration is one hour. Visit our craft shop afterwards. The Meeting point is Charles Town Museum and Asafu Yard, Charles Town, Portland Parish.
