The Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) and the Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC) has issued guidelines on international visitors who want to return to Myanmar to conduct urgent business during the pandemic.
Companies which have received a Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC) permit or endorsement and companies which have registered with Myanmar Companies Online (MyCO), may submit applications to MIC and the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) for re-entry of their foreign experts to Myanmar by relief flight. All companies which have received a MIC permit or endorsement and companies registered with MyCO must directly contact the respective Myanmar Embassies regarding re-entry of foreign officers and members who are included in Company Extract Form and their families by relief flight.
