Last week at NASSTEC partner Scotia Seeds, cowslip (Primula veris) and field scabious (Knautia arvensis) were hand harvested.

Harvesting method may be an important determinant of seed quality, as shown by the work of Marin et al. (2017).

In fact, multiple hand harvesting events allow to select only mature seeds.
