It consists of 4 apartments, simply furnished. Standard equipment of each apartment all the necessary linen for bed, bath and kitchen towels (changed weekly), the kitchen has a fridge and all the necessary kitchenware: cooking and set the table. The patio or the terrace of each apartment (where present) is furnished with table and chairs. The property is located in a park of 5000 mq with olive trees and fruit (cherries, pears, kiwi, figs, apricots, apples, plums, grapes, strawberry, pomegranates, persimmons, chestnuts, walnuts and hazelnuts) and large hedges of plants herbs (sage, laurel, rosemary, mint, fennel).

The Place
Rignano Flaminio is one of the charming villages that are along the Via Flaminia (the old Roman consular road which is yet visible long stretches at the entrance of the village) as one goes to north Italy from Rome; it is in fact the last village of Roman province before entering in the Tuscia.
It 's a country of hills (250 m above sea level) built on the hills of the Monti Sabatini and it is set like a gem in an area rich in attractions: a few kilometers to the north is Civita Castellana (the Faleri Veteres of ancient Falisci), a few kilometers to the west is Calcata and the Natural Park Treja Valley, bordered to the south by the Park of Veii, and a short distance to the west is the Tevere Farfa Nature Reserve. Finally, the impressive presence of Mount Soratte characterizes a lot the territory of Rignano Flaminio to make it seem, in some views, a small mountain village.

In this place the Roman countryside is expressed in its most seductive with an undulating and lush Mediterranean vegetation and it is a privileged place for summer holidays as it combines the attractions of the area, the good climate of the hill: never overly rigid in winter and summer ventilated, warm but not hot.
Rome can be reached in 45 minutes with a single medium, and for this reason Rignano Flaminio is the ideal place to spend a holiday immersed in nature and the ideal base from which to visit the Eternal City.
The train of railway line rome-viterbo have two stop: Rignano station and Sant'Oreste station (the latter is within 5 minutes' walk from Valle Falisca Country House) and goes directly to Piazzale Flaminio - Piazza del Popolo (the distance with the Capitol and the Forum is only to Via del Corso). The terminal of Piazzale Flaminio is also directly connected with the Rome Metro line A.
