Kale has long been a staple in the Tuscan kitchen, often used in rustic soups and stews.

We also love a modern twist—crispy chips!

How to make them:

🥬 Remove the stem from black kale leaves
🫒 Place on a tray & drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
🧂 Add salt (and your favourite seasonings)
🔥 Bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 15 minutes—timing depends on the oven so keep an eye on them 😉

Perfect for snacking or as a flavourful, crunchy garnish on hearty soups. Let us know if you try them! 💚
