At Naval Medical Research Unit EURAFCENT, we conduct vector surveillance and infectious disease research to identify and track potential health threats, including mosquito-borne illnesses. Using advanced laboratory techniques, NAMRU experts analyze specimens, process samples and generate data that directly support force health protection.

This work strengthens operational readiness by providing commanders and medical planners with timely and actionable information, ensuring warfighters can operate in all environments where disease risk is a critical factor.
