What lies behind an egg production that continues to grow and generate value? Yes, our MC 3/7R dryer is also part of it, dedicated to drying corn, an essential feed for hens. 🌽

In this German family-run agricultural business, dried corn serves a dual strategic mission: about 30% is used directly for feeding the hens, while the remaining share is stored in optimal conditions to be brought to market and sold when prices are most favorable.

From an energy standpoint, the system was designed to protect the company's margins: alongside the diesel burner, it is set up for the integration of a chip-fired biomass heat generator, allowing the business to drastically cut fossil fuel costs by utilizing an economical and sustainable thermal source, eliminating waste during peak harvesting periods.

Cosa c’è dietro una produzione di uova che continua a crescere e generare valore? Ebbene sì, c’è anche il nostro MC 3/7R destinato all’essiccazione del mais, nutrimento fondamentale per le galline. 🌽

In questa azienda agricola familiare tedesca, il mais essiccato ha una doppia missione strategica: circa il 30% viene impiegato direttamente per l'alimentazione avicola, mentre la quota restante viene stoccata in condizioni perfette per essere immessa sul mercato e venduta nei momenti in cui i prezzi sono più vantaggiosi.

Dal punto di vista energetico l'impianto è stato progettato per proteggere i margini dell'azienda: accanto al bruciatore a gasolio, è predisposto per l'integrazione di un generatore a biomassa a cippato: questo permette di tagliare drasticamente i costi del combustibile fossile sfruttando una fonte termica economica e sostenibile, azzerando gli sprechi durante i picchi di raccolta.
