Oggi prende ufficialmente il via la posa delle pavimentazioni di Piazza dei Visconti, nuovo centro di Roma Capitale , progetto .
Un intervento che segna un passo concreto nella di uno spazio urbano di grande valore storico e sociale. La nuova pavimentazione è pensata per coniugare hashtag , e rispetto del contesto, restituendo alla piazza un’identità rinnovata ma coerente con la sua storia. Il disegno della piazza si sviluppa come una scacchiera a doppia colorazione, in rosso mattone e sabbia travertino, capace di valorizzare lo spazio con un ritmo visivo elegante e contemporaneo, in dialogo con i materiali della tradizione romana. Sotto il profilo della hashtag , la pavimentazione è completamente drenante, contribuendo alla gestione naturale delle acque meteoriche e rafforzando il concetto di . This project represents a concrete step forward in the redevelopment of an urban space with significant historical and social value. The new paving has been designed to combine , , and respect for the context, giving the square a renewed identity while remaining consistent with its history. The square’s layout is conceived as a two-tone checkerboard, in brick red and travertine sand, creating an elegant and contemporary visual rhythm that dialogues with traditional Roman materials. From a sustainability perspective, the paving is fully permeable, supporting natural rainwater management and reinforcing the concept of the hashtag . Every detail, from material selection to surface design, is the result of careful and collaborative work between designers, engineers, and construction teams.
