Unfortunately, the Army receives hundreds of allegations a month from victims who state they got involved in an online relationship with someone, on a legitimate dating website or other social media website, who claims to be a service member. The "Soldier" then begins asking for money for various false service-related needs such as transportation costs, communication fees, marriage, processing and medical fees. AFSOUTH BN Soldiers and civilians bid adieu to SSG Munoz as she departs for a new chapter in her military career.

SSG Munoz served remarkably as the AFSOUTH BN Paralegal NCO. Her dedication and commitment to the Command Team, Soldiers, family members, and civilians were exceptional. She effectively connected her teammates with essential legal resources that helped manage personal and professional life stressors.

SSG Munoz continuously demonstrated her commitment to the organization and it's Families by volunteering to take the position of Battalion SFRG Team lead. She assisted in the creation of the BN SFRG SOP and helped establish multiple fund raising events. Her actions created a bond between the Soldiers and their family members unmatched in an isolated area. She established a partnership with the local USO to facilitate events at Joint Force Command Naples, determined to enhance cohesion and teamwork.

From the entire Battalion, we wish you and your family great success in the next chapter of your military career. Arrivederci!!!

Allied Forces South Battalion Unit Ministry Team led a Spiritual Readiness Training in Rome. Participants learned about Seasonal Affective Disorder, the importance of traditions, and how to increase one's spiritual strength through practicing service, charity, and hospitality. While in Rome, participants had the opportunity to spend time together, learn about the history of La Befana, and explore the area around Piazza Navona.
