SUNCAVE GARDENS offers an amazingly beautiful and unique location for your concerts, videos, conferences, yoga seminars, weddings, or any other heart- based expression that needs a particular and inviting atmosphere. There is a 200 seat amphitheater in front of a 120 mq Etruscan grotto surrounded by landscaped gardens with fruit trees, and a variation of flora and trees. We can also offer home-ma

de lunches and dinners that are produced from our organic gardens ,as well as locally grown organic produce and dairy. All is transformed and served with lots of creativity, and loving alchemy your taste buds will never forget! We also host Suncave Gardens Naturist club, a secluded green oasis surrounded by agrarian woodlands right in the heart of ancient Etruscan grounds just outside Rome. A 7-acre property designed and built for complete comfort and peace featuring an Etruscan cave that faces a surrounding amphitheater . This backdrop lends itself to scenic walks, horseback riding, season fruit and veg harvesting, mountain biking along hills amidst herds of roaming livestock or discovering quaint towns around Lake Bracciano areas.. otherwise just relaxing in and around the garden. Located just 30 minutes outside the city it provides easy access to all areas from Rome to lower Tuscany.

A tutti coloro che hanno varcato la soglia del cancello di SunCave Gardens per la prima volta e a chi continua a farlo da anni; a chi ha attraversato il giardino con l’ingenuità di un bambino che vuole scoprire il mondo e a chi si è mosso con sospetto; a chi si è immerso nelle acque della piscina con candore e a chi se ne è servito per ritrovarlo…

Sono certa che l’energia di SunCave finisca sempre per agire come un balsamo sulla vita di chiunque decida di viverlo, anche solo per poche ore. I vostri messaggi personali ne rappresentano per me la testimonianza più gratificante.

A voi tutti va il mio più sincero ringraziamento.

L’ora dei resoconti, ma anche del piacere e dell’abbandono all’ozio, meglio se in compagnia di una cara amica, tra una chiacchierata e una boccata di iodio in riva al mare…

Un elogio a ciò che permane nel tempo, a quell’alternanza necessaria che c’è sempre stata. La fatica e poi il riposo, l’astio stemperato da una risata, la fame e infine la sazietà.

Forse è proprio in questo continuo avvicendarsi degli opposti che la vita continua a essere così eccitante.

Time to take stock, but also to surrender to the exquisite luxury of doing absolutely nothing. Preferably with a dear friend beside you, somewhere by the sea, lost in conversation.

A quiet ode to the things that last. To the old rhythm of exhaustion followed by rest, resentment dissolved by laughter, hunger eventually giving way to fullness.

Perhaps that’s the thrill of it all. Life forever swinging between opposites, never quite settling for one or the other.

Am Ende des Sommers kehrt immer eine gewisse Ruhe ein.

Zeit, Bilanz zu ziehen. Aber auch Zeit, sich dem wunderbaren Luxus hinzugeben, einfach gar nichts zu tun. Am besten mit einer guten Freundin an der Seite, irgendwo am Meer, versunken in endlose Gespräche.

Eine leise Hommage an all das, was bleibt. An diesen uralten Rhythmus aus Anstrengung und Ruhe, an Ärger, der sich irgendwann in einem Lachen auflöst, an Hunger und das Gefühl, endlich satt zu sein.

Vielleicht liegt genau darin der Reiz. Das Leben bewegt sich ständig zwischen Gegensätzen und entscheidet sich nie ganz für die eine oder die andere Seite.

IL CORPO NEL MONDO DELL’ARTE

Nella dimensione dell’arte, il corpo non è mai stato soltanto una porzione di materia circoscritta nello spazio, tantomeno la mera struttura fisica di un individuo, ma un vero e proprio dispositivo di decodifica antropologica che, epoca dopo epoca, ha restituito codici, atteggiamenti e mutazioni.

Attraverso il corpo l’uomo ha rappresentato bellezza, fragilità, desiderio, dolore, identità, mortalità e trascendenza.

Una ricerca che non ha mai consegnato il corpo umano all’oscenità, neanche quando alcuni celebri interpreti lo hanno scomposto, dilatato, allungato.

La deformazione del corpo nell’arte è sempre stata uno strumento attraverso il quale giungere alla verità, mai alla vergogna.

Del resto, il corpo è la dimora divina dell’uomo sulla terra, materia che custodisce l’anima.

Il pomodoro è indiscutibilmente uno dei simboli più evocativi dell’estate.

La sua forma sferica, il colore intenso, il profumo inebriante, la polpa dolce e succosa hanno la capacità di farti sentire subito a casa… proprio come accade nelle grandi tavolate domenicali della tradizione mediterranea.

L’orto di SunCave quest’anno è stato particolarmente generoso, tanto da consentirci di riempire la dispensa di conserve e custodire così il sapore dell’estate anche nei mesi più freddi.

Tomaten schmecken einfach nach Sommer.

Knallrot, herrlich duftend, süß und saftig — und irgendwie fühlt man sich damit sofort zu Hause, wie an einer großen mediterranen Sonntagstafel.

Unser Gemüsegarten bei SunCave war dieses Jahr besonders großzügig. So großzügig, dass sich unsere Vorratskammer mit selbst eingekochten Tomaten gefüllt hat — damit wir uns auch in den kälteren Monaten ein Stück Sommer auf den Teller holen können.
